FROM BELGIUM TO IBIZA AND BEYOND: VELO* AND TOMORROWLAND CELEBRATE SELF-EXPRESSION WITH “ECHOES OF TOMORROWLAND”

Published

on

Headlined by top DJ Korolova, the inaugural event brought the spirit of Tomorrowland to Ibiza, inviting music fans to embrace their own originality, and prove the dancefloor has no bordersNew data** reveals the “ripple effect” of the dancefloor: 61% of people feel more comfortable expressing themselves when others do the same, proving that authentic self-expression is contagious.

LONDON, July 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — In a vibrant display of music, unity, and shared human experience, Velo, the leading nicotine pouch brand in Europe*** made for true originals, hosted its inaugural “Echoes of Tomorrowland” event at the Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza.

Designed to bring the spirit of Tomorrowland beyond the festival grounds, the event gave fans in Ibiza the opportunity to experience the unique sense of connection and community that defines the festival.

The event, which took place on Friday 17th July, was headlined by Ukrainian house and techno DJ, Korolova, and featured a livestream from Tomorrowland’s main stage. Recreating Tomorrowland’s unique culture of spontaneous community, Velo welcomed a mix of consumer fans alongside hosted media from the UK and Spain, and lifestyle and music creators flown in from all corners of the globe.

Breaking down barriers: Research proves the power of the beat

The event followed new global research** highlighting a growing need for shared experiences, which reveals that almost two in five adults (39%) find building meaningful connections harder with age.

Velo and Tomorrowland believe the ultimate catalyst for breaking down these barriers is the music itself. The physical dancefloor acts as a powerful space for connection, driven by its unique role in self-expression. 30% of respondents agree the dancefloor is where they feel most able to show up as their authentic selves and “dance like nobody’s watching”, while 61% feel more comfortable expressing themselves when they see others doing the same.

With over a quarter (27%) of 25–35-year-olds agreeing that friendships made on the dancefloor or at a music festival are deeper and more genuine than those formed in traditional social settings, it demonstrates that when we show up as our most original selves, we make deeper connections and feel part of something bigger. When the beat drops, self-consciousness fades, and genuine friendships are born.

The butterfly effect: A social experiment in connection

To actively foster a culture of community, Velo introduced a bespoke “butterfly matching mechanic” at the door. Guests were handed a beautifully crafted physical butterfly half and challenged to find a stranger holding the other half to complete the butterfly. This interactive social experiment instantly turned a room of strangers into an active, collaborative community.

In the DJ Booth: Artist Perspectives

Reflecting on the unique energy of the night, global DJ headliner Korolova said: “The dancefloor is one of the few places where people feel completely free to express who they are without judgment. That’s the energy I felt throughout the night in Ibiza, thanks to Velo – it was incredible to watch everyone let go, show up as their true selves, and celebrate their originality together.”

Supporting artist Camden Cox added: “What stayed with me from the night was watching total strangers connect so easily through a shared experience. Sometimes all people need is a small invitation to start a conversation, and seeing the crowd use the physical butterflies to break the ice and dance together was pure magic.”

Malky Brown, Global Head of Content & Partnerships at BAT, commented: “With ‘Echoes of Tomorrowland’, we wanted to recreate the sense of connection that makes the festival so special. By encouraging people to step outside their comfort zones and connect with others, we brought to life Velo’s belief that self-expression can bring people closer together.”

FFR Completes Board and Management Changes; YT Jia Appointed CEO

FFR has completed changes to its Board and management team. YT Jia will serve as CEO, Jerry Wang as Executive Chairman, and Chen Shi as Lead Independent Director, and Jason E. Dodier as independent director. YT Jia has voluntarily chosen not to increase his cash compensation in connection with his new role at this stage, as a step to align his personal interests with those of the Company and its stockholders.

As the first U.S. company to deliver both humanoid and bionic robots, FFR is working to turn its first-mover advantage into a competitive lead. In less than a year, the Company has taken initial steps toward building a complete “Four-Core Full-Stack AI” ecosystem and developing distinct EAI technology strengths, including its “One Brain, All Robots; Multi-Forms, Multi-Capabilities” approach. FFR has completed Phase One of its “Built in USA” Acceleration Program, and FF Robot World 2.0 is now complete.

“We believe FFR has become the No. 1 provider of K–12 robotics education in the United States, and will soon become the No. 1 company in robotics education nationwide. FFR Unveils FF OmniMind, a Unified AI Brain Powering All Robotic Forms Under “One Brain, All Robots; Multi-Forms, Multi-Capabilities”

FFR’s four-core ecosystem is advancing across the EAI Brain and Developer Platform, EAI Devices, Industry Productivity Solutions, and EAI Data Factory. The Company is also advancing development across its four industry ecosystems: Education and Research; Security and Inspection; Industrial and Logistics; and Commercial and Services.

FFR announced that the brand name for FF Brain is FF OmniMind. Guided by the “One Brain, All Robots; Multi-Forms, Multi-Capabilities” philosophy, OmniMind comprises foundation models, motion control, and skills. Together, these components form a unified AI brain designed to work across robotic forms, tasks, and scenarios, empower robots, and support the transition from task-specific autonomy toward general-purpose autonomy.

For the EAI Devices core, FFR expects October sales and shipments to exceed 300 robots, setting a new monthly record for the acquired robotics business. By the end of October, cumulative sales and shipments are expected to exceed 1,100 robots. The Company continues to deliver robots at positive unit gross margins.

For the Industry Productivity Solutions core, the security and inspection solution has entered the proof-of-concept stage with an initial group of customers and industry partners. For the EAI Data Factory core, FFR continues to deliver egocentric data and receive payments for those deliveries. The Company is also advancing large-scale data deliveries to leading AI and robotics customers.

In addition, RoboShare is becoming North America’s robot-sharing platform with the largest fleet and widest variety of robots.

“Four-Core Full-Stack AI” products and technologies primarily serve the Education and Research ecosystem, Security and Inspection ecosystem, Industrial and Logistics ecosystem and our Commercial and Services ecosystem.

FFR Issues 2026 Full-Year Guidance for the First Time

Based on its current business progress and momentum, FFR issued full-year 2026 guidance for the first time. The acquired robotics business expects sales and shipments of approximately 2,000 robots on a standalone full-year 2026 basis, while maintaining positive unit gross margins on robot deliveries. This standalone full-year guidance includes periods before the acquisition and does not represent FFR’s reported consolidated results for 2026; FFR will include the acquired business’s results in its consolidated financial statements only from the October 23, 2026 closing date.

The guidance reflects management’s confidence in the Company’s near-term performance and growth prospects, as well as its determination to accelerate efforts to maximize value for stockholders.

In its five-year business plan outlook, FFR projects 2027 revenue of approximately $45.2 million, including $32.5 million from the EAI Devices core and $12.7 million from the other three ecosystem cores, and EAI Device sales of approximately 7,400 units. Over the next five years, the outlook projects cumulative revenue of approximately $1.98 billion, including approximately $1.08 billion from the EAI Devices core and $900 million from the other three ecosystem cores, and cumulative EAI Device sales of approximately 133,000 units. These projections are subject to significant uncertainties and are not guarantees of future performance.

FFR also invited people with expertise in Physical AI, particularly AI brain technology, marketing and sales, and business development, to join the Company and work with its team to advance technology and create value across the industry.

The company will show the hybrid system for the Australian and New Zealand market, plus two software tools for homeowners and installers, at Booth HH135 on 28 and 29 October.

MELBOURNE, Australia, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — FranklinWH, a global leader in whole-home energy management and battery storage, will unveil a multi-phase hybrid battery system for the Australian and New Zealand markets at All Energy Australia 2026. It will also preview two software tools, Energy Optimiser for FranklinWH App users and the Connect Portal for installers.

Taking place Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 October 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). At Booth HH135, FranklinWH will showcase its multi-phase hybrid home energy system and software tools.

Multi-phase hybrid system

The multi-phase hybrid system connects battery storage directly to the solar panels, which simplifies installation and reduces wiring.

Homeowners may select a streamlined setup with a built-in aPower controller for essential energy management, or add an external FranklinWH aGate controller for greater flexibility. The aGate supports additional solar, generators, vehicle-to-load (V2L) and Smart Circuits, which manage individual household loads.

“Our hybrid system connects the battery straight to the solar panels, so there is less wiring to run, and it pulls apart to fit through tight spaces. At All Energy we’re looking forward to showing installers the multi-phase design that will enable more Australian households to achieve energy freedom,” said Ke Bi, global CEO at FranklinWH.

Both setups support single, split and three-phase grids, so the hybrid system suits properties from urban homes to larger properties with heavy loads.

Software

Alongside the hardware, FranklinWH will preview two software tools. One aims to help households get more value from their batteries, and the other aims to reduce installation time for installers.

Energy Optimiser

Traditional home energy management systems rely on fixed time-of-use (TOU) schedules that charge and discharge batteries during preset windows and offset grid electricity only at peak hours. Static schedules fall short when a household’s usage and the weather depart from the tariff timetable. Energy Optimiser replaces fixed routines with predictive decisions.

By analysing real-time tariffs, solar forecasting, consumption habits and the battery’s state of charge, it adjusts when the battery charges and discharges, directing stored energy to any period of high value rather than a single peak window.

Connect Portal

Connect Portal is an online platform for FranklinWH’s installer partners. It automates qualification reviews to speed up approvals, lets installers manage team members, training and certifications in one place, and connects certified installers with qualified homeowner leads.

“A fixed schedule treats every day the same, and no two days are the same, so Energy Optimiser reads the tariff, the solar forecast and how a household actually uses power, then adjusts the battery to match. The Connect Portal handles qualification reviews, training and certifications, and it puts certified installers in touch with qualified homeowner leads,” said Ke Bi.

Visitors to Booth HH135 can see live demonstrations of the hybrid system and previews of both software tools.
