NEO3 Launches Cadence, an AI-Powered ERP Implementation Platform Clients Can Watch in Real Time

Published

Offered by monthly subscription, trained on 400+ of the firm’s own implementations, and targeting 90-day go-lives on Oracle NetSuite.

NEW MIDDLETOWN, Ohio, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NEO3, LLC, an ERP consulting firm that has delivered more than 400 implementations since 1999, today announced the general availability of Cadence by neo³ — an AI-assisted ERP implementation platform delivered as a monthly subscription rather than a traditional capital project.

Cadence gives clients a live view of their own implementation: current stage, percent complete, what is finished, what comes next, and a single named next action. Each of the nine stages opens as a card showing documents submitted, questions outstanding, and decisions recorded — replacing the status call and the periodically updated slide.

The platform targets 90 days to go-live on qualified projects. AI produces first-pass requirements, scope, and configuration documentation that consultants review and correct — cutting manual documentation roughly in half and redirecting about twice as much consultant time toward client teams.

“This year we changed our tagline to AI-Powered ERP, and we meant it,” said Jim Rosenberg, President and CEO of NEO3. “We did not put our logo on a general-purpose chatbot. Cadence’s AI is trained on our own implementations — four hundred-plus real projects, what worked and what broke. Every recommendation cites the finding behind it, and no output reaches a client without one of our consultants reviewing it. AI does the volume. Our people do the judgment.”

Data conversion, where implementations most often lose schedule, is handled across three of the nine stages — setup data, core data, and go-live data — each with its own approval gate. AI cleanses, maps, and validates records and flags exceptions for consultant review, and conversion is included in the subscription rather than billed as a separate scope item. Clients also receive a learning system built around their own configuration, available for the life of the subscription to train future hires.

“ERP has always been a capital decision — a big number and a long approval cycle before anything can start,” Rosenberg said. “A predictable monthly payment changes who can get started, and because we stay engaged for as long as a client runs on the system, our incentives point the same direction as theirs.”

NEO3 is also extending Cadence to existing clients for support, continual improvement, and additional projects such as warehouse management and CPQ.

Availability

Cadence by neo³ is available now for Oracle NetSuite implementations. Registering at cadence.neo3.ai provides access to a product demonstration and an instant implementation estimate.

Edimakor V5.2.0 Integrates DeepSeek V4 for AI Story and Elevates AI Avatars with New Templates

Published

on

By

HONG KONG, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — HitPaw Edimakor V5.2.0 has arrived with major upgrades designed to make AI video creation faster, more consistent, and easier to manage. The latest release introduces DeepSeek V4 integration for smarter AI story generation, alongside a new AI Avatar template system that helps creators produce digital human videos more efficiently. The update also brings improvements to the AI Head Swap feature — giving users greater flexibility when creating character-based content.

Together — these enhancements streamline the creative journey from developing a story and building visual assets to creating reusable AI avatars and producing finished videos.

What Is New in Edimakor V5.2.0?

AI Story Generator with DeepSeek V4 Integration

The integration of DeepSeek V4 brings a new level of consistency and efficiency to Edimakor’s AI Story Generator. One of the key improvements is support for three-view renderings of characters. This gives creators a clearer visual reference for their characters and helps maintain consistency when generating images for different parts of a story.

The update also introduces full-screen previews for character, scene, and prop assets. Creators can review these visual elements more clearly before moving forward with their projects. Combined with improvements in generation speed and quality, the enhanced AI Story Generator makes it easier to develop richer visual stories with less manual effort.

AI Head Swap for More Natural Character Replacement

Edimakor V5.2.0 also upgrades its AI Head Swap capability, offering a more complete replacement than traditional AI Face Swap. As Face Swap primarily changes facial features while Head Swap replaces the entire head and hairstyle.

This difference helps solve common visual problems caused by mismatched hairstyles and face shapes. It can also deliver more natural results when characters appear from side angles, when parts of the head are obstructed, or when the subject makes vigorous movements.

AI Avatars Get a More Efficient Creative Workflow

The AI Avatar feature receives a standalone update focused on making digital human creation faster and more convenient. New one-click video templates provide ready-made settings for different scenarios, allowing creators to generate AI avatar videos without building every project from scratch.

The update also lets users save custom templates. Personalised avatar settings, including appearance, voice, and movements, can be stored and reused across projects. This helps maintain character consistency while reducing repetitive setup work, especially for creators producing videos regularly.

A More Complete Story-to-Video Workflow

Edimakor V5.2.0 brings smarter storytelling, reliable character creation, and reusable AI Avatar workflows together in one platform. DeepSeek V4 helps develop the narrative and visual assets, while AI Head Swap provides greater flexibility for character creation. Upgrade to Edimakor V5.2.0 and experience a more streamlined approach to AI storytelling, character creation, and video production.
