OnePlan’s August Release Gives Portfolio and Program Leaders Sharper Visibility, from Dashboards to Resource Demand

Published

SAN MARCOS, Calif., Sept. 1, 2026 /CNW/ — OnePlan, a global leader in AI-enabled Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM), today announced its August 2026 release. The update delivers new portfolio visualization options, sharper resource demand visibility, deeper Microsoft Project Connector precision, expanded automation coverage, and performance improvements across Work Plan, Financial Plan, Resource Plan, and connected integrations.

“Portfolio and program reviews shouldn’t start with someone spending a day building the first report,” said Scott Hebert, CEO of OnePlan. “With ready-made dashboard templates, a new Treemap view, and richer widgets across the board, this release gets executives, sponsors, and PMOs looking at the same answer instead of five different spreadsheets.”

New Dashboard Visualizations Give Leaders a Clearer View of the Portfolio

The August release expands OnePlan’s dashboard options with a new Treemap widget, available on Portfolio, Plan, Global Resource Plan, and Modeler dashboards, showing a compact, proportional view of where work, cost, or capacity concentrates. The Table widget now includes a Gantt view with independently configurable start, end, and progress fields, letting teams visualize schedules directly on a dashboard. Card widgets add support for choice, lookup, and text fields with field-level color coding, and Heatmaps gain flexible X- and Y-axis sorting alongside new color palette options.

A new downloadable library of standard dashboard templates gives organizations a fast, consistent starting point for portfolio reporting. Templates are fully editable once imported, so teams can start from a finished dashboard and configure it to their own requirements rather than building a report from scratch.

Sharper Resource Demand Visibility Across the Portfolio

A new Resource Usage view shows work assignments at the time interval that matters most, across all work items in a plan, giving resource managers a clearer picture of how time is distributed. A new resource capacity data source is now available at the Portfolio, Plan, and Global Resource Plan levels, so teams can see capacity alongside the work itself instead of piecing that view together manually.

Deeper Precision from the Microsoft Project Connector

OnePlan now supports time-phased resource assignments during Microsoft Project schedule sync, so resource allocation carries over across specific time periods rather than as a single total. Task-level constraint types and dates now sync from Microsoft Project into OnePlan, external dependencies are preserved when syncing from Microsoft Project, and organizations can synchronize OnePlan’s resource-level cost table with Microsoft Project on a per-file basis.

Plan Details Pages Give Each Audience a Focused View

Plan Details can now be organized into multiple dedicated pages, letting organizations present fields for focused consumption rather than one long form. This improves the experience for plans with extensive data, while existing business rules, tables, and custom fields carry over unchanged. Plan Rollup Fields also update more quickly when related plans change, keeping portfolio-level data current.

Broader Automation Coverage and Approval Tracking

Plan automations can now be triggered by work item summary-level fields in addition to detail-level items; expanding the range of scenarios teams can automate. Automation approval notes are now logged directly in the relevant work item comments, and the OnePlan Backup Utility now includes Global and Plan automations based on backup selections.

Near Real-Time Azure DevOps Integration

A new near real-time Azure DevOps integration brings supported data updates into OnePlan automatically, within minutes rather than waiting on the next scheduled sync. Organizations can opt out of automatic updates on a plan-by-plan basis, and a dedicated administration screen supports configuring and managing the feature at scale. This capability requires an Enterprise license.

Additional Release Highlights

Bulk assignment of material and cost resources directly onto work items in Work PlanFinancial Plan resource import enhancements for cost non-labor resources and time-phased work resource assignmentsRollup Financial Plan view for comparing related plans’ financial dataFinancial Plan and Resource Plan administration now available directly from the front endTime-phased import support for work resources in Resource PlanTimesheet updates giving plan managers control over when entry detail opens and restricting time entry to active work itemsModernized Resource Center navigation, with new view management for Enterprise team pools

MD Integrations is partnering with LegitScript as an Enterprise Certification Partner, offering expedited certification packages to virtual care and telehealth brands seeking compliance as a competitive advantage.

NEW YORK, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — MD Integrations, the only unified telehealth platform built on a nationwide, doctor-only network, announced a partnership with LegitScript. The partnership embeds LegitScript certification directly into MD Integrations’ onboarding workflow, giving telehealth and virtual care brands a single, streamlined path to compliance, with Legitscript application reviews beginning in as little as two business days.

“In digital healthcare, every week of delay and non-compliance is a missed opportunity to serve patients and grow your brand compliantly in the virtual care ecosystem,” said Dr. Marc Serota, Founder and CEO of MD Integrations. “By combining LegitScript’s compliance expertise with our leading provider-led infrastructure, we are excited to deliver the most comprehensive and compliant centralized digital health solution for telehealth and virtual care companies.”

“Telehealth founders do not have the luxury of choosing between speed-to-market and compliance. This partnership means MD Integrations’ brand partners get both from day one. When certification is proactively built into onboarding, brands launch faster and pursue advertising with confidence on platforms like Google and Meta from the start.” Angela Salter, VP of Enterprise Certification Sales and Strategic Partnerships of LegitScript.

An Embedded End-to-End Certification Path

As an Enterprise Certification Partner, MD Integrations now offers brand partners:

Expedited review: With MD Integrations, applications are expedited through LegitScript and can be picked up in as little as two days, while standard LegitScript review wait times can be 4-6 weeks before work begins. This will help speed up brand launches, compliant digital advertising campaigns, and patient acquisition funnels.Dedicated support through MD Integrations: Pairing LegitScript’s certification with MD Integrations’ clinical infrastructure brings a comprehensive solution for compliance-as-a-service, driven by the combination of LegitScript certifications through MD Integrations and its physician-only network and enterprise-grade infrastructure.End-to-end coverage: Many infrastructure providers recommend certification but don’t manage, fast-track, or integrate it into their onboarding process.

By combining the industry’s most integrated, physician-only clinical infrastructure with expedited access to LegitScript certification, MD Integrations removes a critical growth bottleneck for telehealth and virtual care brands, delivering the rapid and compliant turnaround, reducing time-to-launch, and accelerating brands’ path to revenue and scale.

Seamless Integration

As an Enterprise Certification Partner, MD Integrations embeds LegitScript certification directly into its onboarding process, enabling a connected workflow for LegitScript certification. Through MD Integrations, brands can seamlessly apply for LegitScript certification and have questions addressed through a centralized source and streamline input.

End-to-End Support, From Application Through Renewal: MD Integrations provides dedicated support across the full certification lifecycle:Dedicated LegitScript support: A dedicated LegitScript account manager for MD Integrations helps guide brand partners through the certification application and answers questions as they arise.Renewal management: Available to brands working with MD Integrations to ensure compliance is maintained without disaggregating relationships or outsourcing to other providers.

Clinician-Led, Compliance-First by Design

MD Integrations’ approach to certification is anchored in the same physician-led model that underpins its clinical network. Because the MD Integrations platform is built and operated with real-world clinical and regulatory expertise from board-certified MDs and DOs, compliance is treated as a foundational part of the infrastructure rather than a separate function layered on top. That same expertise now extends directly into how brand partners navigate LegitScript certification.

About MD Integrations

MD Integrations is a clinical infrastructure company powering a physician-only network of board-certified MDs and DOs across all 50 US states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada.
MD Integrations partners with more than 200 healthcare brands across specialties including weight management, longevity, women’s health, and dermatology, giving founders and operators the clinical backbone to launch and scale compliant telehealth services without building physician networks or clinical infrastructure from scratch.
