Lucas Museum of Narrative Art Teams with Citiri to Open with the World’s First AI-Powered Operational Readiness Program

Published

on

One platform, a single on-site orchestrator, and a team of AI operating roles guided the $1 billion museum from construction to opening day – capped by operational trials and preview events that welcomed more than 30,000 visitors.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — When Lucas Museum of Narrative Art opens its doors to the public today, it marks more than the debut of a $1 billion, 300,000-square-foot museum. It marks the first time a major capital project has been brought into operation with an AI-powered operational readiness program – AI operating roles executing work that has traditionally required a small army of consultants, while people made every decision that mattered.

“Opening this museum meant getting thousands of details right the first time, in front of the world.”

Opening a museum of this scale means proving thousands of details in public, on a date the whole world knows: security posts and life-safety drills, timed entry and box office, two state-of-the-art theaters, a restaurant, a café, retail store, and library, and the care of a collection of thousands of works of narrative art. The industry default for a project like this is a multi-year consulting engagement staffed by ten to twenty people working from spreadsheets, binders and email.

The Lucas Museum took a different path. Its activation ran on CitiriOS, Atlanta-based Citiri’s agentic, Owner Scope Management platform — a live readiness room in which every requirement, every piece of evidence, and every decision is tracked in one governed system. Citiri’s Opti AI operating roles drafted procedures and readiness checklists, chased and organized evidence, monitored and analyzed training and trial results, and kept a running Ready Score for museum leadership. Citiri’s Readiness Operations Center monitored the AI agents, and on the ground — where a traditional program would post a bench of consultants — stood one person: Lynette Gude, Citiri’s orchestrator for the Museum, working shoulder to shoulder with the Museum’s own leaders and staff.

Written autonomy policies governed every AI role: the agents drafted, tracked, and flagged; accountable people – the Museum’s leaders – reviewed, decided, and approved. No algorithm accepted evidence, approved a gate, or called the go. That division of labor – AI toil, human authority – is the heart of Citiri’s AI-forward managed readiness model.

The program’s dress rehearsal came during a series of operational trials and preview events, when the Museum welcomed more than 30,000 visitors, including a star-studded reveal September 19th.

“Opening this museum meant getting thousands of details right the first time, in front of the world. Before now, launching a major operation like this meant renting a crowd and building a wall of binders,” said Ortez Gude, Chief Executive Officer of Citiri. “The Lucas Museum ran its opening as a system instead: one agentic platform with a team of AI operating roles, and one experienced readiness orchestrator on site. The AI did the toil; the people made the calls. Every requirement traced to evidence, every decision to a person. That is what operational readiness looks like from now on – for museums, airports, hospitals, energy, data centers, and every owner who has to be ready on day one.”

“My job was to stand where the work met the mission — in the galleries, at the door lines, in the command room,” said Lynette Gude, Citiri’s orchestrator for the Lucas Museum. “Because CitiriOS and Opti carried the tracking, the chasing, and the reporting, I could spend my days with the Museum’s people, walking the building until the building was ready.”

The engagement was delivered through Citiri Managed Readiness, the company’s agentic readiness solution that is uniquely designed to deliver customer outcomes. Citiri, whose platform is best known in aviation – where terminal openings are governed by the discipline the industry calls ORAT – now serves owners and operators across transit, healthcare, energy, data centers, and cultural institutions. The Museum retains its full readiness record in CitiriOS, carrying training currency, compliance obligations, and continuous-improvement work forward into daily operations.

Limitless Labs Brings More Real Customers and Creators into What SACHEU is Making Next While much of beauty races to let AI make the calls, the partnership with SACHEU is built to do the opposite – to help SACHEU hear more from its real customers and creators, and keep every product decision human.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Limitless Labs, an agentic AI company, and SACHEU, a category-creating cosmetics brand, announced a partnership to bring more real customer and creator voices into how the brand decides what to make, launch, and improve.

“Social Mirror Audiences shows us where beauty creators are frustrated in their routines, the gaps and pain points nobody’s solved yet, before we ever start developing a shade,” said Sarah Cheung, Founder of SACHEU. “It’s not about chasing what’s trending. It’s about spotting the white space that no one’s filled and getting there first. The formulas, the risk, the creative call on what to actually build – that’s still all us. Limitless Labs AI just makes sure we’re pointed at the right problem before we start.”

The technology is Limitless Labs’ Social Mirror Audiences, which trained a custom audience for SACHEU on thousands of real beauty creators, each member built from that creator’s own content and stated preferences, not an invented persona, then pointed that audience at what shoppers are already saying, including more than 22,000 customer reviews across 22 SACHEU products and 184,060 social videos, so a proposed shade, product, or claim can be put in front of the whole audience at once. Limitless Labs then refines the audience against SACHEU’s own internal data, keeping the voices that correctly understand the brand; on SACHEU’s data that step lifted preference accuracy by about 30 percentage points over an unrefined audience, turning weeks of small-panel research into days and leaving every answer traceable to real customer and creator voices.

Since January, the partnership has produced a methodology that shapes real decisions:

Reading the reviews. When SACHEU revisited the how-to-use guidance on its Peel-Off Lip STAY-N, the decision was informed by 7,391 real customer reviews – the people who actually use the product.Hearing the creators. What real creators gravitate toward helps SACHEU understand which shades and ideas resonate before committing to them. Ahead of one lip shade launch, the audience ranked three shades in the same order they ultimately sold.Deciding with more of the picture. One shade study drew on 184,060 social videos to show which shades had real pull and which were splitting the audience.

“This patent-pending technology allows brands to predict what will sell before they manufacture it by learning from their customers at a scale they never could before,” said Dale Janée Schroeter, VP of Business Development at Limitless Labs. “Our AI agents give sharper answers because they are built on real, unique data sets.”

The approach is intentionally bounded. It helps SACHEU hear more and understand more; it does not replace the brand’s creative instinct, shade expertise, or the trust SACHEU has built with its customers and creators. SACHEU makes every product, launch, and brand decision – now with more real voices in the room.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — On September 30, Mayor Yemi Mobolade, the City Council President, business leaders, and citizens across Colorado Springs will gather at the Penrose House Garden Pavilion to put their names to paper, launching a rising movement: the Inaugural Civility Pledge.

Spearheaded by Reclaiming Civility LLC, founded by Lori Leander and Lisa Brandt, the effort addresses a defining crisis of our era, the quiet exhaustion of a public weary of political contempt and the urgent need for courage to lead across differences. Mayor Mobolade and Council leadership will sign alongside the inaugural class following a keynote address by Alexandra Hudson, author of The Soul of Civility and contributor to The Wall Street Journal, CBS, PBS, TIME, POLITICO, and Newsweek.

The movement lands at a crucial tipping point. According to the Reagan Institute, more than 70 percent of Americans actively want to help restore civility to public life. The social and economic costs of division continue to mount:

Workplace Cost: SHRM estimates $2.6 billion is lost daily in American workplaces due to incivility.Relational Fractures: Research by Cornell University sociologist Karl Pillemer reveals 27 percent of Americans are currently estranged from a family member.Public Exhaustion: A survey by More in Common shows 86 percent of citizens report feeling exhausted by national political division.

“Every signature on the pledge is a choice to see people rightly, hear people well, and engage disagreement honorably, one decision that has a ripple effect, inviting our region to choose civility together,” said Lori Leander, Co-Founder of Reclaiming Civility LLC.

Demonstrating the enduring nature of this commitment, the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum will preserve the signed pledges into perpetuity and will work to share them with the public through a variety of programs and exhibits. Attendance at the September 30 ceremony is required to be named an Inaugural Signer.

Strategic outreach for the movement is led by Paul Yankey, Outsourced Chief Marketing Officer for Reclaiming Civility LLC. To learn more or join the movement, visit reclaimingcivility.com or contact hello@reclaimingcivility.com.

Taiwan Flagship Showcase Draws Thousands of Visitors, Strengthens Global Manufacturing Ties at IMTS 2026

Published

CHICAGO, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) today announced the successful conclusion of its Taiwan Flagship Showcase at IMTS 2026, held September 14–19 at McCormick Place. Highlighting their high-precision, flexible, and integrated manufacturing capabilities, 56 Taiwanese companies welcomed thousands of visitors. Additionally, TAITRA welcomed more than 250 attendees at the opening ceremony and Taiwan Night networking event combined, connecting Taiwanese manufacturers with international buyers, distributors, and technology partners in Chicago.

Showcase Highlights

Throughout IMTS 2026 week, the Taiwan Flagship Showcase hosted an opening ceremony attended by representatives from Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT), Machine Design, Cutting Tool Engineering, Siemens, and HEIDENHAIN, as well as guided brand tours for international delegations and a series of industry-focused seminars covering aerospace applications, semiconductor applications, and smart components. Companies featured live demonstrations of Taiwan’s capabilities such as a completely waterproof CNC tool setter by T-Sense, an industrial robot by Syntec, and a tool management system by Tenpro, that drew steady crowds throughout the week.

Conversations centered on how Taiwanese manufacturers fit into international markets and broader sourcing and growth strategies. Potential buyers expressed interest in semiconductor and precision equipment components, and explored opportunities for direct U.S.-based partnerships and joint ventures. This showcase highlighted how Taiwan’s advanced manufacturing base continues to support the emerging demand of the American market in the semiconductor sector and automation industry.

In a key success story, a metal processing exhibitor successfully established direct contact with U.S. buyers, securing immediate alignment with a manufacturer seeking local service capabilities for its overseas operations and unlocking long-term growth opportunities in the semiconductor space.

By uniting key industry players under a single, collaborative presence, these initiatives serve as a vital bridge between North American demand and Taiwan’s robust manufacturing ecosystem, accelerating cross-border supply chain integration. In another success story, a Taiwanese company outside the semiconductor industry is adapting its technology through a U.S. partnership to deliver grinding solutions, expanding its reach into semiconductors.

“The successful outcome we saw from IMTS 2026 confirmed what we initially set out to prove: Taiwan’s manufacturers can meet the needs of the manufacturing industry,” said Simon Wang, President & CEO of TAITRA. “Whatever the consumer wants, Taiwan can make it happen, and this week showed the world firsthand the quality, precision and capability that Taiwanese manufacturers bring to the table.”

Looking Ahead

Taiwan Flagship Showcase’s success at IMTS 2026 goes beyond a single exhibitor, but it introduces Taiwan’s complete industrial ecosystem. From advanced machine tools to precision components and solutions, and smart automation and digital manufacturing, Taiwan connects every point of the supply chain, so buyers don’t need to look elsewhere. Under the “Team Taiwan” platform, that ecosystem continues to expand its global reach, underscoring that Taiwan’s capabilities to support the needs of the global manufacturing market.
