Disprz crosses ₹130 crore ARR and launches Autonomous Enablement OS, pioneering a new category beyond traditional L&D

Rebuilt from the ground up for the AI era, Autonomous Enablement OS puts an army of agents to work on the outcomes businesses are measured on: faster ramp, more revenue per seller, and people ready for their next role. The launch comes as Disprz crosses ₹130 crore in ARR, with 500+ enterprises across 25+ countries.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Disprz, the AI-powered enterprise learning and skilling platform trusted by 500+ enterprises and 3.5 million+ learners across 25+ countries, has unveiled Autonomous Enablement OS,a bold AI-native system that autonomously does enablement work end to end and coaches every employee in the flow of their work, with a human reviewing and approving what reaches them. With it, Disprz vaults beyond the traditional learning and skilling category toward a far bigger ambition: the autonomous enterprise.

The launch caps a breakout period of growth, with the company recently crossing ₹130 crore in ARR. With its suite finding breakthrough success in India and global markets, Disprz is now ready to accelerate that momentum with Autonomous Enablement OS. The company recently won the Talent Track at the Accenture Tech Next Challenge, a programme focused on identifying deep-tech firms, where Autonomous Enablement OS was showcased against this year’s theme of enterprise autonomous technologies. The recognition further reinforces the direction Disprz is headed, with strongest demand coming from banking, insurance, retail, pharma, automobile and manufacturing.

From AI features to autonomous work

Where ‘AI in L&D’ has mostly meant a few features bolted onto a platform someone still has to operate, Autonomous Enablement OS does the work itself. Leaders simply name a business result, such as a faster ramp, higher win rates, or readiness for a new role, and an army of agents goes and delivers it, coaching each person right where they already sell, serve, and ship. Powering it all is the Context Graph: a living map built entirely from a company’s own data, including who each person is, what they got wrong, what a winning conversation sounds like, and what actually closed. Agents read from it, act, and write every outcome back, so the system only gets smarter over time. And because it is built from a company’s own reality rather than a generic model, no competitor can ever replicate it.

“Autonomous Enablement OS isn’t AI bolted onto a platform. It’s a fundamentally new architecture where agents do the work end to end,” said Subramanian Viswanathan, Co-founder and CEO of Disprz. “Learning stops being a program you run and becomes an outcome the system delivers for you. That is what it means to move from learning and skilling to the autonomous enterprise, and we believe it’s the future of this category.”

A leap in the experience layer, putting a voice-enabled coach in every worker’s pocket

The experience layer puts a voice-enabled coach in every worker’s pocket, available in the systems they already work on, like WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams, and in their own language. The agents spring into action on two triggers: an event, such as a new joiner, role change, or product launch; and a signal, such as a KPI moving or ticket size dipping. They interpret these signals, determine what each person needs, and autonomously build the content, roleplays, practice scenarios, and coaching interventions to address it. Nothing ever ships unattended: before any agent reaches an employee, a human sees what it plans to do and why, and can approve, change, or hold it. This is built for the governance questions regulated industries ask first.

Autonomous Enablement OS launches with three offerings mapped to the employee lifecycle:

Autonomous Onboarding: builds each new hire’s path and walks them through it right where they work, getting people productive in days, not weeks.Autonomous Sales Enablement & Coaching: pinpoints who is struggling to close, coaches them through the exact objections they are hitting, and lets them practise before the call.Autonomous Talent Development: figures out the skills a changing role demands and helps people build them over time, without waiting for an annual review.

Proven with leading enterprises, now scaling globally

Autonomous Enablement OS is already in use with some of the world’s largest enterprises across banking, retail, and technology, built by the team that already runs learning and skilling for the likes of Axis Bank, Starbucks, Bajaj General Insurance, and Flipkart, on the platform 3.5 million+ learners rely on every day.

“Growing 30% year on year tells us the market is ready for outcome-led enablement,” said Kuljit Chadha, Co-founder and COO of Disprz. “Customers don’t want more courses. They want faster time to productivity, more revenue per seller, and people ready for their next role. Autonomous Enablement OS delivers exactly those outcomes at scale. For us, and for the market, this is the start of an entirely new category.”

For early adopters, the human-in-the-loop design has been decisive. “Organisational learning works best when it is relevant, personalized, and accessible. For us at Piramal Finance, our focus is on building the right capabilities and enabling our people to perform at their best. AI allows us to move beyond traditional, cohort-based learning and embed contextual learning into operational workflows,” said Parneet Soni, Head HR, Retail Finance, Piramal Finance. “Through Autonomous Enablement, we see a meaningful opportunity to bring personalised coaching closer to individual needs, further aligning with everyday business situations. We are excited to partner with Disprz as we build a more adaptive, continuous, and meaningful approach to the enterprise skilling ecosystem.”

Disprz is now scaling Autonomous Enablement OS across enterprises, with adoption expected to accelerate over the coming quarters as the company drives toward its stated goal of ₹200 crore in ARR.

AMSTERDAM, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world’s leading company delivering data-driven sustainable design, engineering and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets, today announced an expanded collaboration with Autodesk to accelerate the use of artificial intelligence, connected data and digital workflows across the built and natural environment, whilst keeping human expertise and judgment at the center of delivery for clients. By aligning Arcadis’ industry expertise and growth ambitions with Autodesk’s platform innovation, the collaboration is designed to create shared value and support the long-term success of both companies.

The collaboration combines Arcadis’ embedded domain expertise in design, engineering, sustainability and project delivery with Autodesk’s Design and Make platform and Autodesk AI, including Autodesk Assistant, which understands geometry, engineering intent and project history. It is an accelerator of Arcadis’ AI and Data & Knowledge strategy, helping the company bring its own knowledge, standards and client experience into the digital workflows where project decisions are made. One example is See Through Walls, a joint project using AI, sensor data and predictive modeling to infer the condition of what is hidden inside existing buildings, supporting material reuse, circularity and decarbonization.

For clients, this work is designed to make digital and AI-enabled delivery more practical, consistent and valuable across complex projects. Arcadis applies its asset knowledge, judgment, client standards and sector expertise needed to apply digital and AI tools to real-world challenges. That work runs on the Autodesk platform, where AI outputs can be checked against real project data and the conditions a design must meet.  Together, this helps clients make better informed decisions, improve quality and resilience, reduce delivery risk, and increase productivity.

Technology alone does not create value. Adoption does. Arcadis’ people remain central to how AI and digital capabilities are translated into better, reviewed and verified outcomes for clients, enabling teams to apply their expertise in new ways while improving speed, accuracy and consistency in delivery. This strategic partnership between industry leaders, stronger platform approach utilizing Arcadis domain expertise, practical AI advancements and joint research activities bring differentiated value for Arcadis clients.

Heather Polinsky, CEO, Arcadis, said: “Our clients choose Arcadis because of the knowledge, judgment and experience of our people. That expertise remains at the heart of how we create value. Working with Autodesk, we are bringing that knowledge directly into the workflows where our teams design and decide. By combining our expertise with AI, data and digital capabilities, we can help our teams work smarter, more efficiently and with greater accuracy, giving them more time to focus on the complex challenges our clients need us to solve.”

Andrew Anagnost, President and CEO, Autodesk, said: “Arcadis and its strong leadership team are clearly organizing for the future, not simply adopting new technology. They understand that AI creates the most value when grounded in deep industry expertise, trusted data, and real-world context. That’s how AI becomes project intelligence, helping people make better decisions and deliver better outcomes for clients.”

Arcadis is connecting its own Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities with Autodesk Assistant, a flexible approach that lets Arcadis’ knowledge, standards, and guidance be applied within AI-powered workflows while retaining full ownership of what it builds.

Arcadis’ wider digital ecosystem includes partnerships with other leading organizations. Together, these capabilities support Arcadis’ services model, bringing domain experts, product teams, data specialists and client teams together to redesign workflows that can create repeatable and scalable value across clients, sectors and geographies.

Existing AI and automation initiatives across Arcadis in North America and Europe, are already delivering measurable efficiencies. In one example, automation has reduced quality reviews from five days to approximately half a day, demonstrating the potential to release capacity, improve consistency, and support faster project delivery.

Arcadis creates value for clients by combining a focused group of world-class digital technology partners, including Autodesk, with fast-moving startup solution partners and Arcadis’ engineering expertise. This approach enables Arcadis to integrate proven platforms with emerging innovations and sector knowledge, creating practical, well-connected solutions that improve project delivery, support better decision-making, and deliver real outcomes for customers.

9Pay Highlights Local Trust As Critical Factor In Cross-Border Payment Expansion Across Asia-Pacific Markets

Published

on

By

HANOI, Vietnam, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As the global cross-border payments market projects growth to an estimated $238 billion, 9Pay highlights local trust as the critical factor for successful expansion across Asia-Pacific markets. While global connectivity provides the infrastructure, the ability to operate effectively within local ecosystems has become the defining challenge for fintechs and businesses entering the region.

For Vietnamese businesses expanding overseas and international brands entering Vietnam, cross-border payments involve far more than moving money between accounts. Each transaction operates within a complex framework covering anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions screening, source-of-funds verification, transaction monitoring and chargeback management.

The challenge is compounded by differences in payment ecosystems and regulatory frameworks. A model that works efficiently in one market cannot simply be replicated in another.

Nicole Nguyen, Founder of APAC DAO & Vietnam Fintech Summit, said: “Common bottlenecks include licensing, reliance on domestic payment infrastructure such as NAPAS, and settlement requirements in VND. Yet the biggest gap is often underestimated: market understanding and trust. Foreign businesses can struggle to build distribution networks without local relationships, while domestic fintechs benefit from their understanding of consumer behavior and the credibility built over time.”

This makes local adaptation increasingly important. In Asian markets such as China and Japan, where business relationships often rely heavily on local networks and trust, even small gaps in regulatory compliance or risk management can disrupt payment flows. Cost efficiency alone is no longer enough; businesses also need partners that understand how each market works.

“Local trust”: the capability behind global connectivity

Le Tuan Anh, Business Development Director at 9Pay, which works with hundreds of businesses across major markets, said the challenge is not simply connecting a transaction from point A to point B, but ensuring it operates smoothly and compliantly.

“Global connectivity is becoming increasingly accessible from a technology perspective. But for money to move reliably within a market, businesses need a strong understanding of the local payment ecosystem, regulations and transaction behavior,” he said.

For 9Pay, “local trust” is built through an established presence in Vietnam, including collaboration with regulators, connections with domestic banks and payment service providers, and established local payment infrastructure. These capabilities help integrate global payment technology and international money flows into Vietnam’s domestic ecosystem.

Technology itself is no longer a clear dividing line between Vietnamese and international fintechs. Domestic platforms are increasingly capable of meeting global requirements for security, service stability, processing speed and transaction success rates.

At 9Pay, this is supported by infrastructure compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, a 24/7 operations team and continuous platform optimization based on operational data.

From payment connectivity to market expansion

As global payment corridors evolve, the value of a fintech partner increasingly extends beyond moving money. Businesses need support in navigating local ecosystems and regulations, maintaining stable payment flows and managing operational risks.

This approach shapes 9Pay’s cross-border payment strategy.

“We do not view cross-border payments simply as moving money. It is about helping businesses enter new markets with confidence, understand how their money moves, manage risks and receive timely support,” Le Tuan Anh said.

From this perspective, “local trust” is more than an advantage for individual businesses. It reflects the growing capability of Vietnam’s fintech sector to meet global standards while providing the local connectivity and market understanding needed to support cross-border growth.
