EDEN RADIOISOTOPES ADVANCES $1.4 BILLION NEW MEXICO MEDICAL ISOTOPE PROJECT

State support, selection of Kiewit Nuclear Solutions Co. and continued partnership with Sargent & Lundy mark major steps toward development of first-of-its-kind U.S. medical isotope production facility

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Eden Radioisotopes today announced significant progress toward development of its planned medical isotope production facility in Lea County, New Mexico, including support from the State of New Mexico and the selection of key partners to advance engineering, licensing and construction of the project.

Economic Development New Mexico announced that the state will support Eden’s planned investment of up to $1.4 billion through the Job Training Incentive Program, high-wage and rural job tax credits, and LEDA GRT Share. The project is expected to create 205 jobs statewide and generate more than $1.5 billion in economic impact over 10 years.

Eden has also selected Kiewit Nuclear Solutions Co. [Kiewit] as its nuclear engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) partner to support the project. Sargent & Lundy, which has worked with Eden throughout development of the facility, will continue supporting the project with architecture, engineering and regulatory services.

Together, these milestones represent another significant step toward construction of what is planned to be North America’s first purpose-built medical isotope production reactor and processing facility.

“This is about turning an ambitious idea into critical American infrastructure,” said Carrie Freeman, CEO of Eden Radioisotopes. “The State of New Mexico understands both the economic opportunity and the national importance of what we are building. And with Kiewit and Sargent & Lundy, we are assembling the experienced team needed to move this project from development through construction and into operation.”

More than 40,000 medical procedures performed every day in the United States rely on medical isotopes, yet the country remains dependent on aging reactors and overseas producers for much of its supply. Because many medical isotopes decay rapidly and cannot be stockpiled, interruptions in production or transportation can quickly affect hospitals, physicians and patients.

Eden is developing a domestic source of medical isotopes designed specifically to address that vulnerability. Its Lea County facility will produce isotopes used in diagnostic imaging and targeted cancer treatment, strengthening the reliability and resilience of the U.S. medical isotope supply chain.

The project also builds on New Mexico’s decades-long leadership in nuclear science and technology. Eden’s reactor technology is based on research developed at Sandia National Laboratories, while the state’s universities and technical workforce provide an important foundation for development of a new generation of nuclear professionals.

“New Mexico has the scientific heritage, workforce and nuclear expertise to help solve a problem that affects patients throughout the country,” Freeman said. “State support and the addition of Kiewit to a team that already includes Sargent & Lundy demonstrate that Eden is building the partnerships necessary to make domestic medical isotope production a reality.”

Eden filed its Construction Permit Application in May with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and anticipates a formal NRC decision in mid-2027. The company expects to be commercially operational in 2030.

Dentistry Expert Dr. Eric J. Smith Explains Broken Tooth Treatment Options in HelloNation

The Article Reviews How Dentists Evaluate Tooth Fractures and Decide Whether Repair or Extraction Offers a Stable Long-Term Result

LYNCHBURG, Va., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Can a broken tooth be saved instead of being extracted? Dr. Eric J. Smith, a dentistry expert at Timberlake Family Dentistry, answers this question in a HelloNation article by explaining how dentists assess fractures and decide whether to restore a damaged tooth.

The article explains that a broken tooth can range from a small chip to a fracture extending below the gumline. The location and depth of the damage often determine which broken tooth treatment may be appropriate. Many damaged teeth can be repaired, while severe fractures may leave extraction as the more predictable option.

According to the article, a dentist first looks at how much healthy tooth structure remains above and below the gumline. Enough stable structure must remain to support a lasting restoration. The dentist also checks whether the tooth fracture involves the enamel, dentin, dental pulp, or root.

The HelloNation article notes that dental imaging can reveal damage not visible during a routine examination. X-rays or other dental imaging may show concerns around the root, bone, or internal tissues. The dentist may also evaluate how the tooth responds to pressure, temperature, and other testing.

For small chips and minor fractures, the article describes dental bonding or a filling as possible treatment options. These approaches may rebuild a damaged area when the remaining tooth is strong enough to support the repair. Dental bonding can also help restore the tooth’s shape and function.

Larger fractures may require a dental crown. The article explains that a dental crown covers and protects the remaining tooth from chewing forces. Before recommending this approach, the dentist must determine whether the underlying tooth and root remain stable enough for restoration.

A deeper fracture may expose or damage the pulp, which contains nerves and blood vessels. In some cases, root canal treatment can preserve the tooth. The article explains that root canal treatment removes damaged or infected pulp before sealing the tooth and protecting it with an appropriate restoration.

The article also stresses that a broken tooth does not always cause pain. A fracture may produce few symptoms when the nerve is not exposed, but bacteria can still enter damaged areas. Continued chewing can also put repeated pressure on the tooth and worsen the fracture.

Some fractures are harder to repair. A crack that travels deeply below the gumline or through the root may leave too little stable structure for a reliable restoration. The article identifies vertical root fractures as one example that can significantly limit treatment choices.

Extraction may be considered when the tooth cannot support a filling, dental crown, or another restoration. Dentists base the decision on the tooth’s overall condition rather than pain alone. Timing also matters because a smaller fracture can worsen with chewing, grinding, further injury, decay, or infection.

The article explains that dentists consider fracture depth, remaining structure, pulp health, root condition, surrounding bone, and chewing forces when planning treatment for a broken tooth. Dentistry Expert Dr. Eric J. Smith of Timberlake Family Dentistry provides insights featured in the article, which emphasizes examination and dental imaging as important steps in choosing between repair and extraction.

The Momentum Suite is built to help answer the questions marketers face every day: What’s actually driving performance? Where should we invest next? How does our audience behave? And did that campaign or test actually work? The tools help marketers get to those answers faster and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

The suite includes nine tools organized across three modules—Impacts, Journeys and Tests—covering applications such as marketing mix modeling, agentic reporting, media planning, audience research, and test design and evaluation.

Ryan Derrow, Founder & CEO of mostlyHUMAN, described the significance of the launch:

“We’ve shipped the Momentum Suite, and it’s in clients’ hands. They’re loving the tools, and it’s a great step forward for mostlyHUMAN in our efforts to create the new standard for media & analytics.”

Monthly subscriptions include secure online access and ongoing support from the mostlyHUMAN specialists who developed the tools and use them in their own media and analytics work.

Vince Ledney, Partner & EVP Data Science & Technology and lead developer of the Momentum Suite, reflected on the hands-on approach behind its development:

“Anyone who knows me knows that I love to get down in the weeds to squeeze that last 1% of value out of my projects, and I’m really happy with how far we’ve come with Momentum Suite. No tool is perfect for every user, but this is as close as we’ve ever gotten to a single solution for media and analytics needs across our clients and teams.”

“We were so excited earlier this year to get the tool into the hands of our clients and teams, and we’ve received a ton of great feedback. We’ve dramatically improved the speed, usability, and depth of analysis the tool can provide. We look forward to rolling it out more broadly.”

iPhone 18 Pro Random Shutdowns and Restarts: Panic-Full Fix from Tenorshare

Published

on

By

NEW YORK, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Reports of iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max devices unexpectedly turning off and restarting have continued to draw attention, says Tenorshare Co.Ltd. Some affected devices have also generated “panic-full” reports in Analytics Data, giving users a way to check whether a system crash occurred around the time of an unexpected restart.

The issue has been reported during everyday use, including cases involving Face ID. Apple has confirmed that a software update is being prepared to address a reported restart issue. However, users experiencing repeated shutdowns and restarts may still want to check their device logs and troubleshoot the problem before the update becomes available.

Checking Panic-Full Reports on iPhone 18 Pro

A panic-full report can help users identify whether the device recorded a system-level crash.

Step 1. Open Settings and tap Privacy & Security.

Step 2. Select Analytics & Improvements, then tap Analytics Data.

Step 3. Look for files beginning with “panic-full.”

Step 4. Open a recent report and compare its timestamp with the time the iPhone unexpectedly turned off or restarted.

The presence of a panic-full report does not automatically mean the device has a hardware problem. The report can instead serve as a useful starting point when troubleshooting repeated shutdowns or restarts.

Ways to Troubleshoot Random Shutdowns and Restarts

Users can start by performing a force restart and checking Settings > General > Software Update for any available iOS update. Keeping apps updated can also help rule out potential software conflicts.

Apple has confirmed that a software update is being prepared for a reported iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max restart issue. Users should install the update when it becomes available and monitor whether the unexpected shutdowns and restarts continue.

If the device continues to restart and the issue appears to be related to the iOS system, users can also try a dedicated system repair solution.

Repair iPhone 18 Pro System Issues with Tenorshare ReiBoot

Tenorshare ReiBoot provides an iOS system repair feature for common system issues, including unexpected restarts, freezing, and boot loops. Its Standard Repair mode is designed to repair iOS system problems while keeping personal data intact.

How to Repair iPhone 18 Pro with ReiBoot

Step 1. Launch Tenorshare ReiBoot on a Windows PC or Mac and connect the iPhone 18 Pro.

Step 2. Select iOS System Repair and choose Standard Repair.

Step 3. Check the recommended firmware package and click Download.

Step 4. Once the download is complete, click Start Standard Repair and keep the iPhone connected until the process finishes.

Users should back up important data before performing any system repair or recovery process.
