RoboParty Launches RP1 in Southeast Asia, Bringing Full-Stack Open Robotics to Education and Research

Published

on

With RP1 and RPO, RoboParty offers open humanoid platforms spanning hands-on education, foundational robotics development, and advanced embodied AI research.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — On October 15, 2026, RoboParty launches RP1 (ROBOTO 01), a high-performance, full-stack open-source humanoid platform, to Southeast Asian markets. Together with RPO, its fully open-source humanoid robotics kit, RoboParty offers universities, researchers, and developers a path from hands-on learning to advanced robotics research.

Different research goals demand different platforms. Openness gives developers the freedom to adapt the robot to their work, rather than the other way around.

RP1 is designed for advanced robotics and embodied AI research. Its full-stack open architecture spans mechanical design, in-house-developed ROMOMO actuator modules, low-level control, simulation, SDKs, and training tools. Researchers can understand, modify, and validate the robot itself, tracing problems across model policies, control systems, and physical execution to optimize the complete system.

True openness puts full control of the robot back into developers’ hands.

RP1 also provides established motion capabilities, including continuous walking, disturbance recovery, and getting up after a fall. These capabilities help teams reduce repetitive development of basic motion skills and focus on model training, locomotion research, and complex task validation.

PartyOS is RoboParty’s open development foundation for humanoid robotics, connecting motion retargeting, policy training, simulation validation, and deployment on real robots.

From Robotics Education to Advanced Research: RPO and RP1 Expand Open Platform Choices

RP1 carries forward an open-source journey that began with RPO, RoboParty’s first fully open-source humanoid robot.

RPO is a cost-effective humanoid robot sold as a DIY kit, designed for hands-on embodied AI learning and customization. Its publicly available mechanical, electrical, training, and deployment resources enable developers to assemble their own robot, understand the complete system, and extend its capabilities. The project has earned more than 2,600 GitHub stars and has been replicated by over 100 users.

Together, RPO and RP1 address complementary needs: RPO provides a practical foundation for robotics education and early-stage development, while RP1 supports more demanding research in humanoid locomotion, control, and embodied AI.

For universities and research institutions across Southeast Asia, this means greater flexibility to choose, adapt, and build upon an open platform that matches their research objectives.

From the classroom to the research frontier, RoboParty is working to make humanoid robotics more open, accessible, and adaptable to the people building its future.

The Agentic AI Era Is Here–Enterprise Readiness Is Not, New OutSystems Research Finds

Published

Report finds just 26% of enterprises are well prepared to manage AI agent conflicts as adoption moves into production

SINGAPORE, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — OutSystems, a leading Agentic Systems Platform, today released new research in collaboration with CIO Dive and KPMG highlighting a disconnect between enterprise confidence in AI agent governance and actual operational readiness. The report, Engineering Business Outcomes: The Shift to Agentic Systems, found 82% of executives believe their organizations can keep pace with governing, integrating, and monitoring AI agents as they move into production. However, only 26% say they are well prepared to resolve conflicts across agents, systems, and automated workflows.

Agentic AI in the enterprise is reaching an inflection point. As development tools become more accessible and economic pressure intensifies, organizations are shifting from experimentation toward more deliberate, enterprise-wide deployment. Over the next five years, 71% of executives expect applications to coordinate work across systems, teams, and business processes or support more complex, multi-step workflows. This year’s report examines the capabilities enterprises need to engineer, govern, and orchestrate trusted agentic systems that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

“82% of executives say they can keep pace with governing AI agents, yet only 26% say they can resolve conflicts between them,” said Tiago Azevedo, CIO of OutSystems. “That gap is where the real work happens. Having put agents to work across the business, I’ve learned that safety comes from building control into the platform, not reviewing it afterward. Enterprises that enforce policy while agents run will move faster, because they won’t have to stop and ask if they can trust what they built.”

While the report, based on a survey of over 850 IT decision-makers, reveals a gap between governance confidence and operational readiness, enterprise leaders are not starting from scratch: 83% rely on existing IT, security or compliance processes, specialized reviews, or centralized policies and monitoring to oversee AI agents that can take autonomous action across applications or workflows. Still, oversight remains largely human-led and procedural, with just 5% having automated controls, audit trails, and formal human review points in place. The challenge now is translating those governance policies into repeatable runtime controls that can be applied wherever agents operate.

The report also found that as agentic AI adoption expands, the challenge is shifting from building individual agents to managing a complex ecosystem of models, applications, data, and third-party tools. Rather than consolidating around a single vendor, organizations are prioritizing flexibility and interoperability. Seventy-four percent cite integration with existing applications and systems as a priority, 63% point to agent orchestration across systems, and 62% value the ability to switch models, vendors, and platforms over time.

Additional key findings from the report include:

Trust in agentic AI hinges on reliability across entire workflows: Organizations are placing greater emphasis on testing complete agentic systems, not just individual agents, including agent-to-agent interactions, exception handling, conflicting actions, and rollback mechanisms. Eighty-one percent of executives consider testing, evaluating, and validating agent behavior very or extremely important when selecting AI platforms or tools.Enterprise context is a prerequisite for trustworthy AI: More than one-third of respondents (35%) cite data consistency and context sharing as a major orchestration hurdle, underscoring the need for agents to operate using governed enterprise data, application states, and business processes rather than generic model knowledge alone.Organizations measure agentic AI by business outcomes: Executives increasingly evaluate success based on operational impact, with error reduction (64%) emerging as the leading impact metric, followed by compliance and risk reduction, employee productivity, and cost reduction. Yet only 12% say agentic AI has accelerated the launch of new products, services, or customer experiences, suggesting that while organizations are already realizing operational gains, broader business transformation remains in its early stages.

“Assurance for agentic systems must be engineered from day one—you cannot simply inspect it after the fact,” said Michael Harper, Managing Director at KPMG. “Traditional logging and procedural governance were built for static software, not dynamic AI. To bridge the gap between high confidence and true operational readiness, enterprises need the ability to execute policy-as-code and runtime guardrails. That gives businesses the autonomy to innovate while keeping end-to-end workflows secure, reliable, and focused on business outcomes.”

Building on the launch of the Agentic Systems Platform earlier this year, OutSystems is expanding the platform with new capabilities designed to meet the needs of today’s agentic enterprises. As organizations move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment, the OutSystems Agentic Systems Platform provides a unified approach to building, orchestrating, and governing trusted agentic systems across complex technology environments.

ThreatBook Launches AI-Powered Pentest Aggregator, RedAgents

Published

on

By

Global launch of AI agent penetration cluster allows organizations to thoroughly assess their own attack surface before malicious actors can exploit any exposed entry points.RedAgents empowers users with multiple leading enterprise-grade proprietary pentest agents — including Artex Pro, Cyber(YanJi), Yanxun, and CyberStrikeAI (Enterprise Edition).

SINGAPORE, SEOUL, South Korea and PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ThreatBook, the agentic security company, today launched RedAgents, an AI-powered penetration testing (pentest) aggregator that further bolsters the firm’s Red Team offerings to security operations (SecOps). Orchestrating multiple offensive activities, RedAgents allows SecOps to stage multi-agent attacks against their own networks, with the goal of unearthing hidden and hard-to-detect vulnerabilities, while strengthening their cyber defenses.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is central to the capabilities of RedAgents. Previously, penetration tests were long and laborious to execute, involving significant amounts of man–hours and human resources. Today, however, high-quality AI penetration agents are fast emerging and constantly evolving — empowering security teams to continuously and regularly undergo penetration testing. The optimal approach, therefore, is to integrate a cluster of AI-powered penetration agents, which continuously advance and are readily available on demand. This ensures a constant supply of the most sophisticated AI pentest technology and the most objective results.

Feng Xue, Founder and CEO of ThreatBook, said: “The overwhelming majority of security teams encounter the same pitfall. Typically, they use a single penetration testing provider, which usually leads to a siloed view of an organization’s security posture. The reality is that no two agents will unearth the same cyber risks: one agent may identify three vulnerabilities, while another agent may identify four, and there could be zero cross-over.”

“No single agent can discover every issue, and RedAgents solves this dilemma for SecOps. By deploying multiple AI pentest agents against the same target, the combined results lead to far higher vulnerability detection rates, while minimizing false positives.”

A noteworthy benefit of RedAgents is the ability to manage every agent in one place and run a variety of agents in a single pentest. RedAgents is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that brings together highly varied AI red team agents from universities, security vendors and open-source communities, and runs them in parallel. Security teams don’t need to switch between multiple systems or integrate with numerous vendors. By logging in just once, they can deploy multiple AI red teams on the same penetration test, breaking free from the silos that typically exist between separate tools.

Combining agents is a choice, and each team decides how far to take it. Teams can assemble the selection best suited to a given test, or deploy a single agent, matching the strengths of each red team to their specific use case.

Test data, vulnerability results, and log reports from all agents are displayed in a unified view, eliminating the need for cross-platform consolidation, and reducing operational and analysis costs. RedAgents guarantees that all test data is retained within ThreatBook’s environment, and is not transferred to any third-party agents. Users can define the scope of testing via a whitelist, and the platform operates strictly within authorised parameters. The platform supports Zero Data Retention (ZDR), enabling the complete deletion of test data.

RedAgents empowers users with multiple leading enterprise-grade proprietary pentest agents, including:

Artex Pro (Enterprise Edition). An extension of Artex (Open-Source Edition), which is an autonomous pentest agent developed as a personal project, by the product lead of RedAgents, Artex Pro enhances security control capabilities by infusing autonomous agents into an all-encompassing red team system. Not only can it autonomously breach and discover vulnerabilities, but it can also achieve full controllability, stable operation, and traceable results. On 3 September 2026, Artex (Open-Source Edition) won Baidu’s “Agent+ Offensive and Defensive Challenge” hosted by the Baidu Security Response Center. Artex (Open-Source Edition) was officially converted to closed source on 8 October 2026 after being misused by attackers, leading to several large-scale security incidents in the financial services industry. Given the lack of built-in security control measures in Artex (Open-Source Edition), it can only be used cautiously in test environments.Cyber(YanJi), a Python-based AI agent system that solves problems by searching through unknown state spaces, was validated first on autonomous penetration testing. Cyber(YanJi) is designed to search for a viable path from a known starting point (origin) to a designated success condition (goal) across an entirely unknown or near-infinite state space. During its validation phase, Cyber(YanJi) demonstrated its efficacy by coming 1st among individual participants at the “Tencent Cloud Hackathon AI Penetration Testing Challenge”, solving 54 out of 54 targeted problems.Yanxun is an intelligent penetration testing system launched by Changsha Yanzhi Technology and based on scientific research conducted by the Peking University Changsha Institute of Computing and Digital Economy. It has repeatedly won attack and defense competitions, including the “Qiangwang Cup National Cybersecurity Challenge”; and continues to deliver results across multiple real-world scenarios. Yanxun holds a distinct advantage in long-penetration scenarios and can simultaneously coordinate several dozens of specialized agents to operate in parallel — thereby reducing the testing cycle from several weeks to a matter of hours. Furthermore, its closed-loop vulnerability data verification mechanism ensures that every vulnerability can be reproduced, with zero false positives. Yanxun supports a wide range of security assessment scenarios, including information gathering, threat intelligence collection, code auditing, penetration testing and red team assessments.CyberStrikeAI (Enterprise Edition), CyberStrikeAI is an open-source, AI-native autonomous penetration testing tool with native MCP support and integrations with 100+ security tools. It earned over 7,800 GitHub stars within just a few months of launch. CyberStrikeAI Enterprise edition turns security testing requirements into controlled, traceable automated tasks, efficiently orchestrating AI-powered penetration testing and red team exercises within clearly defined, authorized scopes. CyberStrikeAI was acquired by ThreatBook in September 2026.

Post-launch, RedAgents will continue to leverage multiple open-source pentest agents, to complement the capabilities of their enterprise-grade peers, enabling users to experience the latest AI offensive and defensive capabilities into the foreseeable future.

“At ThreatBook, we aspire to break down capability silos in the AI pentest field, by creating a red team open ecosystem that is truly autonomous, controllable, and flexible. SecOps teams don’t need an agent from a single vendor — but rather, a red team that can be deployed at any time and assembled on demand,” Xue added.

X1 Health Unveils Three-Supplement Daily Stack to Take the Guesswork Out of Wellness Shopping

Published

By

72% of U.S. adults reported seeing diet, nutrition or weight-loss content on social media in the previous month. X1 Health aims to cut through the noise with a science-informed approach: three proprietary formulas, one daily wellness stack. Free early-access signups are open at X1Health.com.

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Another diet trend. Another supplement. Another influencer telling you what to buy.

The challenge is not a lack of information. It is knowing which information is grounded in credible research.

For consumers, the difficult part is deciding what makes sense for their daily routine.

X1 Health Inc is opening free early-access signups at X1Health.com for a three-part daily wellness stack: Morning Fast, First Meal and Deeper Sleep. The idea is straightforward—bring three supplements together in one routine, with a clear place for each.

A July 2025 KFF poll found that 72% of U.S. adults had seen weight-loss, diet or nutrition information on social media in the previous month. Seeing advice, however, is different from knowing whether it is reliable or right for you.

A short video may introduce a product without explaining its ingredients, the research behind it or how it fits with other supplements. Recommendations can also conflict, leaving consumers to build their own routine from separate pieces of advice.

X1 Health’s approach starts with looking at the whole day.

Food and exercise matter. So do sleep and stress. Poor sleep can affect hunger and how the body handles blood sugar. Stress can influence eating habits. These connections are reasons to consider daily habits together instead of chasing one ingredient or the next diet trend.

The X1 Daily Wellness Pack organizes its three powdered supplements around familiar moments:

Morning Fast: the morning formula, designed around a fasting-focused routine.First Meal: the mealtime formula, intended for use around the day’s first meal.Deeper Sleep: the evening formula, developed with a focus on relaxation and made without melatonin.

Three formulas. Three moments. One daily routine.

The company’s goal is to make supplement shopping easier to understand. Visitors can explore each product and its ingredients at X1Health.com before deciding whether the system fits their needs.

Early-access registration is free and requires no purchase. Subscribers will receive launch and availability updates. Products are not yet available for immediate shipment.
