Enigmata Joins Finovifi Marketplace to Support AI Data Protection and Privacy-Preserving Analytics

Protection for everyday AI use and new opportunities to work with sensitive institutional data.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Oct. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Enigmata, a Nashville-based data protection company, announced today that it has joined the Finovifi Marketplace, giving community banks and credit unions new ways to put sensitive information to work while reducing its exposure.

Enigmata Sentinel is a data protection solution that helps safeguard sensitive information when employees use AI tools. It is built on Cipher, Enigmata’s proprietary data protection technology. Cipher also enables institutions to analyze sensitive data and train models while keeping the underlying values encrypted.

For financial institutions, the opportunity and the risk often sit in the same workflow. AI can help employees draft communications, summarize documents and prepare notes, but a copied customer record or an attachment containing account details can expose information unintentionally. At the same time, sensitive institutional data may hold patterns that could improve fraud detection and other analytics, yet distributing readable copies across data teams and processing environments can exceed an institution’s appetite for risk.

“Community banks and credit unions see opportunities to save employees time and learn more from their data, but protecting customer information has to remain central. Enigmata addresses two practical challenges: reducing accidental exposure when employees use AI and making sensitive data usable for analysis. We’re pleased to give our marketplace customers and institutions a way to explore those capabilities,” said Coy Ogle, Head of Partnerships at Finovifi.

Adding protection to employee AI workflows

Built on Enigmata Cipher technology, Sentinel helps protect sensitive information when employees use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Copilot in supported web-based workflows. Employees continue using familiar chat applications and their existing provider accounts.

Behind the scenes, Sentinel detects sensitive information and replaces it with protected placeholders before those values reach third-party AI providers. Cipher protects the original values so Sentinel can restore the information the user is authorized to see when the AI returns a response.

Sentinel adds another line of defense alongside policies, training and existing security controls, with protection scoped to information types and workflows validated during evaluation. It also records protection and reveal activity.

Putting protected data to work

Cipher technology is also available now for institutional analytics. Normally, sensitive data must be made readable before teams can use it to train a model. Cipher enables teams to build models while the data remains encrypted, helping them learn from valuable information while reducing exposure of the original customer details.

Cipher can also enable faster model training and more accurate predictions. Its protection runs on standard computing infrastructure, without requiring specialized hardware or cloud environments.

For banks and credit unions, potential applications include identifying patterns in transactions and improving fraud detection.

This opens opportunities to use valuable data in projects previously constrained by the risk of exposing sensitive information.

“We built Cipher to help organizations use sensitive information while reducing its exposure. Sentinel brings that technology into employees’ everyday AI workflows, while Cipher’s analytics capabilities help data teams learn from information they may previously have been reluctant to use. The common foundation is protecting sensitive data while keeping it useful,” said Peter Baer, Co-Founder and CMO of Enigmata.

The addition of Enigmata expands the specialized capabilities available to explore through the Finovifi Marketplace. Banks and credit unions can learn more about Sentinel and Cipher at finovifi.com/marketplace or enigmata.xyz.

Chelsea FC name fast-growing fintech platform as Principal Partner

LONDON, Oct. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Chelsea Football Club has today announced a multi-year partnership with Sokin, the embedded finance and payments company used by businesses worldwide. Sokin will be named a Principal Partner and Official Business Payments and FX Partner of Chelsea FC and Chelsea FC Women.

As a Principal Partner, Sokin will be represented on the sleeves of the Chelsea FC men’s, women’s and academy home, away, and third kits from the 2026/27 season.

The partnership brings together two ambitious London-headquartered organisations with worldwide reach – a club with millions of fans across the world and a fintech platform through which businesses move more than $11 billion a year. A club of Chelsea’s scale works in many currencies every day, with partners, competitions and supporters around the world, and needs a financial partner built to handle that.

Sokin gives finance teams business payments, multi-currency accounts, foreign exchange, checkout and treasury in one place, so they spend less time juggling banks and providers and keep more of what they move.

As Official Business Payments and FX Partner, Sokin will simplify how Chelsea FC sends, receives and manages money in the currencies the club operates in.

The Sokin logo will feature on the sleeve of the Chelsea shirt for the first time [when the men’s team host Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Saturday 24th October.]

Jason Gannon, President at Chelsea FC said:

“At Chelsea, we seek to partner with organisations that share our ambition and innovative mindset. Sokin’s expertise in business payments, and their focus on making both simpler for the businesses they serve, makes them a natural fit for the Club. We are pleased to welcome Sokin to the Chelsea family and look forward to working together in the years ahead.”

Vroon Modgill, CEO and founder at Sokin said:

“Chelsea plays on the biggest stage in world football, and its business runs in dozens of currencies. Sokin was built for that with regulated, multi-currency payments and foreign exchange for organisations that operate internationally. We’re proud to be the platform behind the business payments and FX of one of the most iconic teams in football. Sokin’s platform serves businesses in more than 170 countries. We’re thrilled to be partners for the season ahead. An organisation as sophisticated as Chelsea doesn’t leave its finances to chance.”
