MailXstream Launches Zapier Integration to Automate Print-to-Mail Order Submission

Published

New connection links MailXstream to more than 7,000 apps, letting businesses trigger printed and mailed documents automatically from the tools they already use

WILMINGTON, N.C., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — MailXstream, a cloud-based print-to-mail platform operated by eVanguard Solutions, Inc., today announced the release of its official Zapier integration, giving businesses a no-code way to connect MailXstream’s print-and-mail service to thousands of other applications.

The integration allows a document created or updated in an app such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or an accounting or CRM system to automatically flow into MailXstream for printing and mailing, without staff manually uploading files or re-entering recipient information. Recipient addresses and mailing lists can be pulled in the same way, sourced from a spreadsheet, database, or CRM record at the moment an order is created.

The integration also reports back: businesses can route Slack notifications, update records, or trigger follow-up emails automatically when an order completes, encounters an error, or requires approval, and can look up an order’s status from within any automated workflow.

“Manual mailing steps are one of the last bottlenecks in an otherwise automated back office,” said Jay Rohr, President of eVanguard Solutions, Inc. “This integration lets a business’s existing systems talk directly to MailXstream, so a document that used to require someone to open MailXstream and submit it by hand now goes out the same way it always would have — just without anyone touching it.”

The integration includes a Send Document action for submitting orders, along with triggers for Order Completed, Order Errored, and Order Action Required, plus a Find Order search for checking an order’s status mid-workflow. It supports MailXstream’s separate Production and Test environments, so businesses can build and prove out a workflow safely before connecting it to live mail.

Setup requires a MailXstream account with order-creation permissions, a Zapier account, and an access token generated from the MailXstream profile page. Once connected, users choose a MailXstream template, map the document and recipient data from their trigger app, and the Zap is ready to run.

The MailXstream Zapier integration is available now to all MailXstream customers. For setup instructions and detailed workflow examples, visit mailxstream.com or contact MailXstream support.
