(NASDAQ: FGMC) ( “FGMC”) announced today that a special meeting (the “Special Meeting”) of stockholders of FGMC will be held on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time virtually via live webcast at https://www.cstproxy.com/fgmergerii/2026, or at such other time, on such other date and at such other place to which the meeting may be adjourned or postponed.
