XIAMEN, China, July 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Antaisolar, a leading expert in digital and intelligent photovoltaic (PV) mounting systems solutions, unveiled its Agri-PV Tracking System Solution at Intersolar Europe 2026 held in Munich, Germany on June 25. The launch marks a strategic expansion from ground and rooftop applications into the high‑potential agri‑PV segment, reinforcing Antaisolar’s technological edge across full‑scene solar projects.

Maximising Land Value with Agri-PV

Unveiled by Global Technical Director Emmanuele Chiappori on June 23, the new solution harnesses the “1+1>2” synergy of solar power sales and agricultural yield. Panel shading reduces soil evaporation, supporting water‑conserving farming while delivering dual economic returns. Antaisolar Agri-PV Tracking System offers flexible clearance from 1.3 to 5 metres to accommodate crop growth and large machinery. Its two‑section pile foundation significantly enhances pull‑out resistance and bearing capacity, ensuring stability against high winds and ground settlement. The SmartTrail control system features a dedicated “harvest mode” for unobstructed lateral machinery access, plus a four‑tier weather protection mechanism against gales, snow, floods, and hail. Fully compatible with Antaisolar’s entire tracker portfolio, the solution ensures broad applicability and easy scalability.

Beyond hardware, Antaisolar offers end‑to‑end services, including custom engineering per project, on‑site training for installation and commissioning, and rapid local support from system selection to long‑term O&M, guaranteeing reliable project execution.

Complementary Product Showcase

Alongside the Agri‑PV launch, Antaisolar displayed its 1P flagship tracker AT‑Spark with SmartTrail Intelligent Tracking Control System, featuring octagonal‑tube and dual‑bearing design for 40% higher stiffness and 50% greater strength. The ALTRA rooftop and ALTIMA ground‑mount series, as well as the SolarAid design tool, were also presented, highlighting the company’s holistic approach to diverse application scenarios.

Ranked No.7 in Wood Mackenzie’s 2026 global PV tracker TOP10 and recognised as a Global A‑Class tracker manufacturer, Antaisolar upholds its mission to “Raise a Green World”, remaining committed to driving the global low‑carbon energy transition through diverse solar applications.

Leading ignition interlock provider becomes Gold Sponsor of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as part of a broader push to support DUI recovery and reduce impaired driving statewide.

MIAMI, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mindr’s brand Intoxalock, the nation’s leading ignition interlock device provider, today announced it has become a Gold Sponsor of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL). The partnership centers on empowering defense attorneys with the education and tools needed to assist clients, helping them safely navigate the legal and recovery process and successfully rebuild their lives after a DUI charge.

DUI offenses often stem from complex personal challenges, and recovering from a DUI charge requires a strong support system. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the average drunk driver gets behind the wheel roughly 80 times before their first arrest.

Intoxalock’s ignition interlock devices (IIDs) serve as a proven, highly effective bridge back to safe driving. According to Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), in-car breathalyzers have stopped more than 5.7 million drunk driving attempts nationally since 2006. Research shows that interlocks reduce recidivism, making drivers up to 75% less likely to reoffend than those without a device. Furthermore, states maximizing IID usage across all DUI offenses have seen up to 26% fewer fatal crashes.

Intoxalock’s sponsorship is designed to support the legal defense community, treatment court programs, and individuals in closing that gap in the state. By doing this, Intoxalock is fostering true accountability while providing a clear path back to driving and daily routines.

FACDL is the only statewide organization dedicated exclusively to the criminal defense bar, serving over 1,000 members, including private practitioners, public defenders, law students, and affiliate partners. As a Gold Sponsor, Intoxalock provides resources through FACDL’s continuing legal education programs, helping attorneys navigate state-mandated ignition interlock requirements, insurance nuances, and recovery options for their clients.

“Most people who enter the legal system following a DUI are looking for a path forward,” said Kathleen Donnelly, East Coast Manager for Intoxalock. “Attorneys are often the first source of guidance for someone who made a significant mistake and wants to take responsibility. Our goal with this sponsorship is to directly support defense attorneys with the tools and resources they need to help their clients complete their programs, maintain their livelihood and regain their independence safely.”

Through its parent company, Mindr, Intoxalock is the only ignition interlock company that collaborates with sister brands to support individuals through every stage of their recovery journey. This holistic approach to the DUI process includes Breathe Easy Insurance, which aids individuals in meeting Florida’s state-mandated FR-44 insurance requirements, and Keepr, a portable personal breathalyzer and app designed to support smarter choices even outside of a vehicle by encouraging personal accountability both during and after program completion.

With new FACDL leadership welcoming closer collaboration, the sponsorship opens the door to stronger community-focused legal education across Florida.

“We are mission-focused on helping people and communities stay safe,” Donnelly added. “By offering holistic and comprehensive services in Florida with Intoxalock, Breathe Easy Insurance and Keepr, our focus is on supporting people at every stage of their journey, from initial installation through program graduation and beyond. We are grateful to FACDL’s leadership for this opportunity to collaborate, educate and work alongside the defense bar to help people move forward responsibly.”

FDB Moves Ambient Listening Beyond Notes with AI-Powered Prescribing Agent

First commercial deployment of FDB Script Agent™ with Tebra converts ambient encounter dialogue into structured prescriptions for clinician review, grounded in trusted medication intelligence

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — FDB (First Databank, Inc.), the leading provider of clinically robust, AI-enabled medication intelligence that helps healthcare professionals make precise medication decisions and streamline medication workflows, today announced the first commercial deployment of FDB Script Agent™, an AI prescribing agent that turns patient-visit dialogue into structured prescriptions ready for clinician review. The deployment with Tebra, an all-in-one technology platform for independent healthcare practices, brings FDB’s trusted medication intelligence into the ambient clinical workflow with clinical validation and terminology codification rather than simple NLP.

Script Agent uses FDB’s dose-appropriate medication intelligence to transform encounter dialogue into structured, evidence-based prescriptions for clinician review. Clinicians can modify or approve each prescription before it is sent. Due to its clinical grounding, the agent avoids hazards of simple NLP alone and will not stage prescriptions that fall outside normal prescribing practice without a clinician override.

Ambient AI has significantly reduced documentation burden by turning patient conversations into clinical notes, but prescribing often remains a manual task during or after the visit, and physician expectations are rising. FDB Script Agent extends ambient AI automation beyond documentation into prescribing by interpreting physician intent from the encounter and assembling the codified prescription elements needed by the EHR.

Tebra integrated Script Agent into its Tebra AI Note Assist, Tebra’s AI-powered clinical documentation workflow for independent ambulatory practices.

“Prescribing is one of the most important moments in care, but it still buries clinicians in administrative work,” said David Delaney, MD, president of FDB. “By capturing prescriptions directly from the ambient exam-room conversation and grounding them in FDB’s trusted medication intelligence, Script Agent turns that dialogue into a structured prescription ready for review. This lowers the administrative burden of prescribing while keeping clinicians in control.”

Early Tebra users report the AI Note Assist feature using Script Agent is intuitive and reduces prescribing-related administrative effort while preserving confidence in the review process.

“Independent practices are being asked to do more with fewer resources, and every minute spent on administrative work is time taken away from patient care,” said Kyle Ryan, Tebra chief product and technology officer. “We’re excited to partner with FDB to deliver AI-powered prescription review that simplifies prescribing workflows and reduces operational burden. These capabilities, as well as FDB’s trusted, clinically validated content, drove our decision to collaborate and help advance Tebra’s broader mission of equipping independent providers with advanced technology to make everyday healthcare operations more efficient and effective.”

Script Agent also supports FDB’s broader prescription intelligence strategy. Once a clinician approves a prescription, FDB Vela™, FDB’s cloud-native ePrescribing network, can help carry it through the next steps of the medication journey, connecting prescribers, payers, pharmacies and patients.

The Tebra deployment of Script Agent marks the first step in FDB’s broader roadmap for AI-powered prescription intelligence, designed to reduce administrative burden while keeping clinicians at the center of prescribing.
