Killscreen Launches DualSense and Edge Controller Calibration & Testing App

Published

on

A new browser-based calibration and diagnostics engine brings advanced stick calibration, fine tuning and comprehensive controller testing to DualSense, DualSense Edge, DualShock 4, Dyno™ TMR Edge modules, and PS VR2, including new calibration capabilities for compatible DualSense Edge stick modules.

LARGO, Fla., Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Killscreen has released Version 1.0 of a new browser-based controller calibration and diagnostics engine designed to make advanced analog stick calibration, controller testing and hardware diagnostics more accessible for modern PlayStation controllers.

Replaceable hardware becomes a lot more interesting when the calibration is replaceable too.

Available at calibrate.killscreen.io, the free calibration app supports Sony DualSense® wireless controllers, DualSense Edge™ wireless controllers, DualShock 4 controllers, PS VR2 Sense controllers and compatible Dyno™ TMR Edge modules.

The platform combines guided analog stick calibration, center and range adjustment, real-time input testing, circularity visualization, fine-tuning controls and controller diagnostics in a single browser-based interface, without requiring a traditional desktop application.

Its integrated Quick Test tools extend beyond analog sticks, allowing users to test controller buttons, USB connectivity, adaptive triggers, haptic vibration, lighting, speaker, microphone and headphone functionality on supported hardware.

The calibration engine is designed around the characteristics that determine how an analog stick actually behaves, including center position, usable range, circularity and full-range tracking — factors that can matter in competitive gaming, esports and other performance-focused controller setups.

For replacement analog sticks and newer magnetic sensing technologies such as TMR and Hall Effect, those characteristics can be especially important. High-resolution sensing hardware still has to be correctly calibrated to the controller in which it operates.

The platform allows players, technicians and controller builders to calibrate supported hardware, inspect live analog output, test controller functions and make additional adjustments where supported.

DualSense Edge introduces a different calibration challenge.

Unlike a conventional DualSense controller, the Edge uses removable stick modules, with calibration information associated with the individual module. While the replaceable architecture makes physical module swaps simple, custom calibration of modified or upgraded Edge modules has historically required significantly more specialized methods.

The new calibration engine brings that process into a streamlined browser interface for compatible calibration-unlocked modules.

Users can establish stick center and operating range, inspect live analog output and circularity, verify the result in real time, and fine tune supported modules after calibration.

The capability is particularly relevant as TMR and Hall Effect technologies begin appearing in aftermarket DualSense Edge stick modules.

“Replaceable hardware becomes a lot more interesting when the calibration is replaceable too,” said Erik Consorsha of Killscreen. “We wanted to take something that had largely been an internal development and advanced modding tool and turn it into something people could actually use.”

The browser-based platform currently includes support for:

DualSense wireless controllersDualSense Edge wireless controllersDyno™ TMR Edge modulesDualShock 4 controllersPS VR2 Sense controllersKillscreen PS5 controllersAnalog stick center calibrationStick range calibrationReal-time analog input testingCircularity and movement visualizationFine Tune controls on supported hardwareRecalibration of compatible unlocked stick modulesController button testingUSB connection testingAdaptive trigger testingHaptic vibration testingController lighting testsSpeaker testingMicrophone testingHeadphone jack testingController information and diagnostic tools

Version 1.0 also launches with broad multilingual interface support. Current language options include English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, Chinese and more, with support spanning 24 language options in the current release.

Killscreen’s development team is actively working on the platform and plans to continue expanding and refining its calibration, diagnostics and controller-testing capabilities. Future development will focus on additional hardware support, deeper testing tools, new functionality, interface improvements and continued expansion and refinement of the app’s translations.

Version 1.0 is intended as the beginning of an actively maintained calibration and diagnostics platform rather than a one-time utility. For players, technicians and builders who need to test a controller, verify analog stick behavior, diagnose controller functions or calibrate supported hardware, the platform is available free at calibrate.killscreen.io.

Part of the development work behind the calibration platform grew out of an upcoming project involving high-performance replacement modules for the DualSense Edge.

Killscreen’s Dyno™ TMR Stick Module is currently entering limited early release ahead of its broader launch. Designed specifically for DualSense Edge, Dyno combines high-resolution TMR magnetic sensing, contactless position detection, ultra-fast analog response and completely unlocked calibration in a drop-in replacement module developed for competitive gaming and esports-focused players.

The project is being developed around the idea that a performance Edge module should not only be replaceable, but also upgradeable and truly recalibratable throughout its service life.

Development of Killscreen’s Dyno modules created a practical need for advanced Edge module calibration internally. Rather than keeping those tools closed, the company elected to make the controller calibration platform publicly available as a standalone utility.

The platform also reflects a broader effort to develop software and diagnostic tools around Killscreen’s performance hardware, giving players, technicians and builders access to capabilities that have traditionally been fragmented across specialized tools and workflows.

Dyno is not required to use the calibration engine, and the platform is intended to support a broader range of compatible controller hardware.

A limited early release of Dyno is currently underway, with additional information available at killscreen.io/dyno.

As TMR, Hall Effect and other precision analog technologies become more common, calibration is becoming an increasingly important part of controller performance.

Analog center position can be measured. Range can be measured. Circularity can be inspected. Controller functions can be tested. Output can be verified.

The new calibration and diagnostics engine is designed to put those tools — and the ability to act on what they show — into one accessible interface.

The controller calibration app is available now at calibrate.killscreen.io.

Little Leaf Farms Is Spreading the Love, Giving 200 Fans Free Lettuce for a Year

DEVENS, Mass., Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — At a moment of heightened concern around lettuce, Little Leaf Farms, one of the country’s largest1 and fastest-growing packaged salad brands, is receiving something unexpected from consumers: love letters. With the launch of its “Most Loved Lettuce” sweepstakes, the brand is showing its appreciation, giving up to 200 fans a chance to win free lettuce for a year by sharing what they love most about Little Leaf Farms.

The campaign follows a surge in consumer engagement with Little Leaf Farms, as shoppers pay closer attention to where their leafy greens come from and how they are grown. In recent weeks, the brand’s social following has nearly doubled, generating tens of millions of social media impressions and views as consumers share why they trust Little Leaf Farms and its greenhouse-grown approach.

That same consumer enthusiasm is also showing up at grocery store shelves. Over the four weeks ending August 8, the brand reached a record 6.1% share of the national packaged salad category, up from 4% a year ago. Little Leaf Farms sales grew 6% year-over-year during the same period, while the broader category declined 31%2.

Little Leaf Farms is turning the outpouring of support into an opportunity to recognize both new and long-time fans of the brand as they look for a lettuce they can feel good about bringing home.

Beginning August 27, consumers can visit littleleaffarms.com/loveletters to submit a one-sentence love letter, sharing what they love most about Little Leaf Farms, and be entered for a chance to win free lettuce for a year. Fifty winners per week will be selected through September 30.

“Lettuce hasn’t traditionally inspired a lot of love, but our fans have been vocal and enthusiastic about their love for Little Leaf since day one,” said Jeannie Hannigan, Marketing Director at Little Leaf Farms. “Some of our fans have enjoyed and trusted Little Leaf Farms for years, while others are just falling for us now. Whether it’s the crunch, freshness, or the way we grow, we think there’s a lot to love, so we’re inviting fans to tell us why Little Leaf Farms has earned a place not just in their fridge – but in their hearts.”

A “Clean from the Start” Growing Process

Little Leaf Farms grows in state-of-the-art greenhouses designed to deliver consistent quality and freshness 365 days per year. This controlled environment enables Little Leaf Farms to grow with no pesticides and ensures that every drop of water entering the greenhouse is fully purified to eliminate any potential pathogens. Little Leaf Farms’ automated growing system allows its greens to be seeded, grown, harvested, and packaged without ever being touched by human hands, which in combination with water management, is a key component of the company’s “Clean From the Start” growing approach.

“We made the decision from the beginning to grow lettuce differently because we’ve always believed consumers shouldn’t have to settle when it comes to their leafy greens,” said Paul Sellew, Founder and CEO of Little Leaf Farms. “Our growing process is built around precision and control at every stage, creating the conditions for our lettuce to thrive and allowing us to deliver the quality and freshness consumers deserve with every harvest.”
