New HomeSaver® Cash ISA offers a boosted 5.5% AER to customers who buy, move or remortgage through Tembo

New Cash ISA offers a market-leading 5.5% AER (variable), including a conditional mortgage bonus, for savers planning to buy their first home, move or remortgageA saver with a £30,000 balance could earn more than £250 extra interest over one year compared with the next best rate currently availableNo cap on transfers-in or existing ISA balances, giving customers the opportunity to earn the boosted rate on larger sums

LONDON, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ –Tembo, the award-winning mortgage and savings platform, has launched its HomeSaver Cash ISA®, offering a market-leading 5.5% AER (variable) to savers who go on to buy, move home or remortgage through Tembo.

The account combines a 2.8% AER variable base rate with a 2.7% AER fixed conditional HomeSaver bonus, payable after 12 months when the customer completes a mortgage through Tembo within three years of opening the account.

Based on a £30,000 balance held for one year, Tembo calculates that savers could earn more than £250 in additional interest compared with the next best Cash ISA rate currently available.*

Unlike many headline savings deals, there is no cap on ISA transfers-in or existing ISA balances, meaning customers transferring Cash ISA savings built up over previous tax years can earn the boosted rate on a substantially larger balance than just the current annual ISA allowance.

Customers also have unlimited access to their savings without penalties.

Richard Dana, founder and CEO of Tembo, said: “Getting the best possible return on your savings can make a real difference when buying a new home. Our HomeSaver® Cash ISA is designed to make your money work harder, while also giving customers support when they’re ready to make their plans a reality. Savers get a competitive tax-free return, complete flexibility over their money and access to Tembo’s award-winning mortgage advice when they’re ready to buy, move or remortgage.”

How the Tembo HomeSaver Cash ISA® works

Customers can open an account and deposit up to their remaining annual ISA allowance, or transfer existing Cash ISA balances held elsewhere.

They earn a 2.8% AER variable base rate, paid monthly, while building a 2.7% AER fixed (conditional) HomeSaver bonus over 12 months.

Customers who complete a purchase, home move or remortgage using Tembo’s award-winning mortgage service within three years of opening the account qualify for the bonus, which is paid into their Cash ISA after the 12-month bonus period.

The account offers unlimited withdrawals without penalties, while Tembo’s mortgage advice is fee-free.

Eligible deposits are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme up to £120,000 per person, per authorised firm.

Terms and conditions

Tembo’s HomeSaver Cash ISA offers 5.5% AER (variable), including conditional bonuses. This comprises a 2.8% AER variable base rate and a conditional one-year 2.7% AER fixed HomeSaver bonus, payable after 12 months if the customer completes a mortgage through Tembo Money Limited within three years of opening the account. The account must remain open until the bonus is paid. One HomeSaver bonus is payable per mortgage. Full terms and conditions apply.

Offering is designed to enhance time to value, provide a predictable cost model and to accelerate the path to Agentforce-driven pharma-readiness

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Deloitte today announced an expansion of its strategic alliance with Salesforce by launching FastForward™ for Life Sciences, an agentic-infused customer relationship management (CRM) accelerator tailored for mid-size organizations. It delivers a compliant, ready-to-use experience designed to help organizations move forward more quickly and efficiently than a traditional front-office transformation.

Built specifically for mid-sized life sciences organizations, this offering is 70-90% preconfigured to give those organizations an agile path forward. It offers a portfolio of services, accelerators and a pre-configured Converge™ by Deloitte solution to provide enterprise-grade CRM capability, a faster implementation model and a managed services approach that keeps the platform evolving after go-live, offering clients flexibility for ongoing enhancement support. Organizations can roll out their transformations within four to six months, which is twice as fast as compared to traditional, heavily customized approaches.

Additionally, its foundation is informed by Deloitte’s IndustryAdvantage™ approach, drawing on Deloitte’s industry-specific insights, specialized capabilities and experience with life sciences transformation to help focus modernization where it matters. With this solution, organizations can modernize operations across field engagement, health care professional engagement, territories, sampling, medical science liaison workflows, compliance controls and data-driven customer insights.

Why this matters

Mid-size life sciences organizations are under pressure to modernize quickly and many may not have the time or budget for multi-year transformations. Designed for speed and scale, FastForward™ for Life Sciences is intended to help drive faster cycle times, higher data quality and more capacity for innovation for mid-size life sciences organizations, working to shorten the path from idea to therapy and help these organizations deliver better outcomes for the patients they serve.

“We continually hear the same frustration from clients, mainly centering around the time they are devoting to updating their CRM systems. This offering provides tested, pre-configured workflows and setups across the commercial capability set that match how life sciences team’s work. Instead of debating field layouts for months, they’re launching pilots in weeks and spending time on what matters; getting therapies to patients faster.”

—Pete Lyons, vice chair and U.S. life sciences leader, Deloitte Consulting LLP.

“The life sciences industry faces a challenge: accelerating digital innovation while navigating an increasingly complex global regulatory landscape across the US, Europe, Asia and other key markets. Deloitte’s FastForward™ for Life Sciences embeds compliance and privacy by design from day one, reducing rework and delays.”

– Nico Kleyn, Life Sciences leader, Deloitte EMEA

Reducing complexity within life sciences

This offering draws upon Deloitte Digital’s broader FastForward™ approach for Salesforce, which is designed to help mid-size organizations accelerate value through pre-built assets, deep industry experience and AI and data capabilities. Beyond the technology, this collaboration provides the necessary guidance and change management support to help organizations navigate the complex people and process shifts inherent in digital transformation, helping ensure a smooth transition as they adopt these new capabilities. Combined with Deloitte’s deep sector knowledge, this can provide an important component for a market segment where agility is a priority while meeting complex regulatory requirements.

“Salesforce sets the governance framework and quality bar that every certified partner utilizes with our accelerated life sciences program. That consistency is what makes implementations catch risk early, no matter who’s leading delivery,” said Cahba Kingwood, Senior Vice President, Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub at Salesforce. “Deloitte has built deep experience following that structure, and  FastForward™ reflects that investment. It gives small and mid-sized life sciences organizations a collaborator with a proven, repeatable playbook, built on Salesforce’s standard for success. We look forward to working with Deloitte as they bring this program to our shared customers through active collaboration from the Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub.”

“Life sciences organizations are operating in an increasingly complex regulatory environment where even out-of-the-box solutions can require additional configuration to get right,” said Joe Ferraro, SVP & GM, Agentforce Life Sciences at Salesforce. “Our industry-specific infrastructure provides the secure, agentic foundation that handles the heavy lifting by design, while Deloitte brings the blueprint that mid-sized organizations need to scale. Together, we’re removing the start-from-scratch barrier and giving these organizations an enterprise-grade operating system from day one.”
