California Rises receives Award of Distinction from PR Daily Nonprofit Communications AwardsGenesis STEAM program with Child Creativity Lab named winner in Ragan Communications CSR Awards

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Genesis has earned two national honors recognizing its commitment to strengthening communities and expanding access to educational opportunities. California Rises received an Award of Distinction in the Corporate/Nonprofit Partnership of the Year category in the 2026 PR Daily Nonprofit Communications Awards, while the Genesis STEAM program with Child Creativity Lab was named a winner in the Education or Scholarship Program category of the 2026 Ragan Communications Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Awards.

“At Genesis, we believe our responsibility goes beyond crafting world-class vehicles, and extends to supporting the communities we call home,” said Tedros Mengiste, chief operating officer of Genesis Motor North America. “California Rises demonstrates the power of coming together when our neighbors need us most, while our STEAM program with Child Creativity Lab is helping young people see new possibilities for the future. These recognitions reinforce our commitment to building thoughtful partnerships that create meaningful and lasting impact in our communities.”

Supporting Los Angeles Through California Rises
California Rises was recognized in the Corporate/Nonprofit Partnership of the Year category of the 2026 PR Daily Nonprofit Communications Awards. The recognition highlights the California Rises initiative associated with the Genesis Invitational.

Created in response to the devastating Los Angeles wildfires, California Rises brought together Genesis and its partners to support recovery and rebuilding efforts across affected communities. Through the initiative, Genesis has worked to help restore vital community resources and create meaningful opportunities for employees and partners to participate directly in Los Angeles’ long-term recovery.

The recognition reflects Genesis’ commitment to standing with its home state of California and supporting communities not only in moments of immediate need, but throughout the longer journey of rebuilding and recovery.

Inspiring the Next Generation Through STEAM
Genesis was also named a winner in the Education or Scholarship Program category of the 2026 Ragan Communications CSR Awards.

Through Genesis Gives, the corporate social responsibility initiative of Genesis Motor America, Genesis has partnered with Child Creativity Lab since 2024 to provide hands-on science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics (STEAM) workshops for young people in under-resourced communities. The program combines creativity, sustainability and automotive innovation, giving students an introduction to automotive product development, an opportunity to experience Genesis vehicle technology and a hands-on challenge to design their own future mobility vehicles using upcycled materials.

Working with Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCAs, schools and other youth-serving organizations, the program has reached hundreds of elementary through high school students across California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Texas.
By bringing the workshops directly into trusted community spaces, Genesis and Child Creativity Lab are helping reduce barriers to STEAM enrichment while encouraging creativity, design thinking and exploration of future career pathways.

“Our partnership with Genesis Motor America is a perfect example of what happens when corporate partners and community organizations come together to meet students exactly where they are,” said Tracey Hill, chief executive officer, Child Creativity Lab. “By connecting automotive innovation with hands-on design through our ‘Upcycled Vehicle’ STEAM Challenge, GMA is giving young people an opportunity to see how their ideas can become something tangible and meaningful. When children get to apply their creativity to real-world experiences, that inspiration can extend far beyond the classroom, sparking career exploration, building confidence, and cultivating a lifelong love of learning. We are so proud of what we have built together and grateful to Genesis for believing in the power of creativity, connection and hands-on STEAM learning to expand what is possible for youth across the nation.”

Together, the two recognitions underscore Genesis’ approach to corporate social responsibility: building meaningful partnerships that respond to community needs while creating opportunities for lasting impact.

Genesis Gives
Genesis Gives is a corporate social responsibility initiative from Genesis Motor America. Expanding on the brand’s commitment to the highest standards of performance and its athletic inspiration, Genesis Gives supports nonprofit organizations with the goal of improving access to, and performance in, youth sports and STEAM education in under-resourced communities.

Genesis Motor North America
Genesis is a new global automotive brand that delivers the highest standards of design, safety, refined performance, and innovation while looking towards a more sustainable future. SAN DIEGO, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Shareholder rights law firm Robbins LLP reminds investors that a class action was filed on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired D-Wave (NYSE: QBTS) securities between February 26, 2026 and August 25, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”). D-Wave is a company engaged in quantum computing.

The complaint alleges that D-Wave overstated its business and financial prospects.

The complaint alleges that D-Wave overstated its business and financial prospects.

Investors who purchased D-Wave Quantum Inc. securities during the Class Period and suffered significant losses should contact Robbins LLP before December 15, 2026 for information about the lawsuit.

Why Was D-Wave Sued?

According to the complaint, during the Class Period, defendants failed to disclose that:

(i) defendants materially overstated D-Wave’s business and financial prospects;
(ii) the foregoing was reasonably likely to negatively impact the Company’s business and reputation; and
(iii) as a result, defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

Why Did D-Wave Stock Drop?

According to the complaint, the truth started to emerge on August 6, 2026, when D-Wave announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026. Among other things, D-Wave reported revenue of just $3.08 million, compared to $3.1 million for the same period in the prior year, falling short of analyst expectations ranging from $4.03 million to $4.08 million. On this news, D-Wave’s stock price declined $1.99 per share, or 9.28%, to close at $19.41 per share on August 6, 2026.

Then, on August 25, 2026, D-Wave issued a press release “announc[ing] that John Markovich is retiring and thus resigning from his position as Chief Financial Officer effective September 2, 2026.” On this news, D-Wave’s stock price fell $1.84 per share, or 9.51%, closing at $17.51 per share on August 26, 2026.

What Can D-Wave Shareholders Do Now?

Investors who purchased D-Wave Quantum Inc. securities during the Class Period may be eligible to serve as lead plaintiff. The lead plaintiff is a court-appointed investor who represents the interests of all class members throughout the litigation. Stockholders who wish to seek appointment as lead plaintiff should contact Robbins LLP before the December 15, 2026 deadline for information about the appointment process.

Shareholders do not need to serve as lead plaintiff to share in any potential recovery. Investors who do not seek appointment may remain absent class members.

Does It Cost Anything to Participate?

No. Robbins LLP represents investors on a contingency fee basis, with no upfront or out-of-pocket fees or expenses.

BUUU Group Limited Announces 10-for-1 Forward Share Split

Published

on

By

SINGAPORE, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — BUUU Group Limited (Nasdaq: BUUU) (“BUUU” or the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors has approved a ten-for-one (10-for-1) forward split of the Company’s ordinary shares, to be effected by subdividing each of the Company’s issued and unissued Class A ordinary shares and Class B ordinary shares into ten shares of the same class (the “Share Subdivision”). The Share Subdivision is intended to make the Company’s Class A ordinary shares more accessible to a broader base of investors and to enhance their trading liquidity. Subject to processing by Nasdaq, the Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on October 26, 2026, under the Company’s existing symbol “BUUU.”

The Share Subdivision follows BUUU’s completion on September 15, 2026 of its acquisition of a 60% equity interest in Brightray Science Inc., through which the Company has established industrialized AI data center delivery as its core growth business.

Details of the Share Subdivision

Key date. The Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on October 26, 2026.

Ratio and mechanics. As a result of the Share Subdivision, each issued Class A ordinary share and each issued Class B ordinary share will be automatically subdivided into ten shares of the same class. As a result, each shareholder will hold ten shares of the relevant class for every share held immediately before the Share Subdivision (equivalent to nine additional shares for each share held). The Class A ordinary shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “BUUU.” The new CUSIP number of the Class A ordinary shares following the Share Subdivision will be G1739L110.

Authorized and outstanding shares. In connection with the Share Subdivision, the maximum number of shares the Company is authorized to issue will increase proportionately from 500,000,000 shares of no par value, divided into 250,000,000 Class A ordinary shares and 250,000,000 Class B ordinary shares, to 5,000,000,000 shares of no par value, divided into 2,500,000,000 Class A ordinary shares and 2,500,000,000 Class B ordinary shares.

Rights and ownership unchanged. The rights and restrictions attaching to each class of shares will remain unchanged, including the voting rights of one vote per Class A ordinary share and twenty votes per Class B ordinary share, and all shares of each class resulting from the Share Subdivision will rank pari passu in all respects with each other. The Share Subdivision will not change any shareholder’s percentage ownership interest or voting power in the Company. No fractional shares will result from the Share Subdivision.

No action required unless you hold physical certificates. No action is required by shareholders. Shareholders who hold Class A ordinary shares through a bank, broker or other nominee will have their positions automatically adjusted to reflect the Share Subdivision, subject to their nominee’s particular processes. The Company’s transfer agent, VStock Transfer, LLC (“VStock”), will update the holdings of registered shareholders in book-entry form. Registered shareholders holding share certificates will be asked to deliver a letter of transmittal to VStock to surrender their certificates to VStock in exchange for the right to receive post-Share Subdivision ordinary shares in electronic, book-entry form.

Outstanding securities. Proportionate adjustments will be made, to the extent provided by their respective terms, to the number of Class A ordinary shares issuable upon the exercise, conversion or settlement of, and to the exercise price or other per-share terms of, the Company’s outstanding warrants and other securities exercisable for, convertible into or settleable in Class A ordinary shares.

Approval. The Share Subdivision was approved by the Company’s board of directors on September 28, 2026.

The Company will furnish a copy of this press release to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on Form 6-K.
