Building a Four-Tier Revenue Structure Across B2C Services, AI-Enabled Chronic Disease Management, B2B Healthcare Services, and Pharmaceutical RWS/RWD

GUANGZHOU, China, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — POMDOCTOR LIMITED (“Pomdoctor” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: POM), a digital healthcare company focused on advancing AI-enabled healthcare solutions, today provided an overview of its strategic evolution and business model transformation amid the rapid development of China’s digital healthcare industry. Since its establishment in 2010, Pomdoctor has progressively evolved from the industry’s early “traffic monetization” model toward a more diversified and value-oriented healthcare ecosystem, culminating in its current four-tier revenue structure spanning B2C healthcare services, AI-enabled chronic disease management, B2B enterprise and hospital services, and pharmaceutical real-world study (“RWS”) and real-world data (“RWD”) services.

From Traffic Monetization to Diversified Healthcare Services

Pomdoctor was established in 2010, when China’s digital healthcare industry was entering an early stage of transformation. At the time, the prevailing business model centered on “traffic monetization,” with online consultations and pharmaceutical e-commerce generating revenue primarily through user acquisition, engagement, and pharmaceutical sales. As major participants from the e-commerce and pharmaceutical sectors entered the market, competition intensified, placing increasing pressure on the sustainability and differentiation of this model.

Recognizing the structural limitations of relying primarily on user traffic and pharmaceutical transactions, including patients’ limited willingness to pay directly for healthcare services, constrained health insurance coverage, and limitations in advertising-based monetization, Pomdoctor began developing a more diversified business model. The Company expanded beyond a purely service-oriented model and introduced subscription-based offerings supported by more refined operations and specialized healthcare services, establishing an early foundation for recurring and diversified revenue generation.

Expansion into B2B and Hospital Services

As the digital healthcare industry continued to evolve, Pomdoctor further expanded into B2B services, leveraging its healthcare expertise and digital capabilities to provide digital marketing solutions for pharmaceutical companies. Over time, this business evolved from pharmaceutical-focused digital services toward deeper engagement with healthcare institutions, including public hospitals.

This transition enabled Pomdoctor to broaden its role within the healthcare ecosystem, from serving individual users to connecting patients, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other enterprise stakeholders. The Company believes this accumulated experience and institutional connectivity have provided an important foundation for its subsequent expansion into higher-value healthcare services.

Leveraging AI and Data to Unlock New Value

With the emergence of artificial intelligence (“AI”) as a transformative force across the healthcare industry, Pomdoctor has continued to build on its existing capabilities by developing and piloting AI-enabled healthcare programs with the objective of converting clinical applications into scalable, revenue-generating services. At the same time, the Company’s accumulated healthcare data assets have created opportunities for higher-value applications in chronic disease management, pharmaceutical research, and other data-driven healthcare services.

By integrating AI technologies, wearable devices, and its existing digital healthcare infrastructure, Pomdoctor is developing a more integrated ecosystem designed to connect patient services, chronic disease management, healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and data-driven applications. The Company believes this integrated approach can progressively transform data assets from primarily operational resources into sources of incremental commercial value. The Company’s AI-enabled chronic disease subscriptions and pharmaceutical RWS/RWD services are at an early stage of commercialization.

Building a Four-Tier Revenue Structure

Pomdoctor’s current business model is structured around four interconnected revenue tiers:

B2C Basic Healthcare Services — providing an entry point for patients and users through core digital healthcare services;AI-Enabled Chronic Disease Membership Subscriptions — extending user relationships through personalized, technology-enabled chronic disease management and recurring subscription services;B2B Enterprise and Hospital Services — leveraging the Company’s healthcare capabilities and institutional relationships to provide digital solutions and services to enterprises and healthcare institutions; andPharmaceutical RWS/RWD Services — leveraging accumulated healthcare data, clinical experience, and AI capabilities to support pharmaceutical companies in real-world studies (“RWS”) and real-world data (“RWD”) applications.

Together, these four tiers are designed to create a progressive value chain rather than operate as independent revenue streams. B2C services provide the foundation for patient engagement and healthcare data accumulation; AI-enabled chronic disease subscriptions deepen patient relationships and enhance recurring revenue; B2B enterprise and hospital services broaden the Company’s institutional reach and commercial applications; and the resulting data and healthcare infrastructure create a foundation for higher-value pharmaceutical RWS/RWD services.

Pomdoctor believes this interconnected model is designed for longer-term growth opportunities, while creating a potential flywheel effect in which expanding users, healthcare services, institutional relationships, AI applications, and data assets reinforce one another and support the Company’s ongoing transition toward more value-based healthcare monetization.

Management Commentary

Mr. Zhenyang Shi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pomdoctor, commented: “Since our inception, we have continuously sought distinctive and sustainable ways to create value as the healthcare industry evolves through successive waves of business model and technological change. From our early focus on digital healthcare services, to the development of subscription-based offerings and B2B healthcare services, and now to AI-enabled chronic disease management and data-driven pharmaceutical services, we have consistently endeavored to invest ahead of emerging industry trends while building upon our existing capabilities.

“Today, Pomdoctor is focused on further strengthening our four-tier revenue structure and integrating these businesses into a more comprehensive healthcare ecosystem. We believe the combination of healthcare services, AI, institutional capabilities, and data assets provides a scalable foundation for our next stage of growth. With our experience and capabilities in China, we are also exploring opportunities to replicate and adapt this model in key international markets. We remain committed to continuously improving our business model, expanding our ecosystem, and translating our operational capabilities and innovation into sustainable long-term value for our shareholders.”

Diamond Foundry Announces First-Ever D200mm Single-Crystal Diamond

Published

Breakthrough culminates 25 years of scientific pursuit and establishes a new scale for single-crystal diamond

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Diamond Foundry Inc. today announced a major milestone in the history of materials technology: the creation of the first-ever D200mm single-crystal diamond, measuring 200 millimeters in diameter.

Diamond Foundry creates the world’s first 200mm single-crystal diamond, bringing diamond to semiconductor wafer scale.

The achievement marks a fundamental step forward in humanity’s ability to manufacture diamond as a technology material at semiconductor-relevant scale.

The announcement accompanies a keynote by Diamond Foundry CEO Martin Roscheisen, delivered by video at CarbonSemi 2026 in Ningbo, China. Watch the keynote: https://youtu.be/ae0XQBDlLMQ.

Diamond has long been recognized as an extraordinary material for technology. It combines the highest thermal conductivity with exceptional mechanical strength, electrical insulation, optical properties, and the potential for extreme electronic performance. Yet its use in advanced technology has been constrained by one basic limitation: size.

Diamond Foundry’s D200mm breakthrough changes that.

Producing single-crystal diamond at D200mm scale required overcoming fundamental challenges in crystal growth, plasma physics, reactor engineering, materials science, process control, and manufacturing. The result is not an assembly of individual diamond pieces and not a polycrystalline diamond wafer. It is a single-crystal diamond at D200mm scale.

“This is one of those milestones that once seemed almost impossible,” said Martin Roscheisen, CEO of Diamond Foundry Inc. “Hundreds of DF engineers, scientists, and technicians contributed to us getting here. It is the accumulated result of countless experiments, failures, inventions, rebuilt machines, and insights over more than a decade.”

Roscheisen particularly recognized Stefan Gsell and Martin Fischer, whose work on scaling single-crystal diamond began 25 years ago.

“Stefan and Martin pursued this goal for 25 years,” Roscheisen said. “There are very few examples in technology of someone sticking to a really hard scientific challenge with that level of perseverance. They kept going when the prevailing view was that single-crystal diamond simply could not be made at this scale. Today, the perseverance shows as the first-ever D200mm single-crystal diamond. And best of all, it makes D300mm predictable as well.”

From Gemstone Dimensions to Semiconductor Dimensions

The semiconductor industry is built around the ability to manufacture extraordinary materials at wafer scale. Silicon’s progression toward larger wafers transformed electronics by allowing increasingly sophisticated devices to be manufactured economically and repeatably.

Diamond has never had an equivalent scaling path.

Natural diamond is constrained by geology. Conventional lab-grown diamond has historically been constrained to relatively small crystal dimensions. Even as the extraordinary properties of diamond became increasingly relevant to high-power electronics, AI computing, optics, quantum systems, and other advanced technologies, crystal size remained a fundamental bottleneck.

The D200mm single-crystal diamond milestone demonstrates a path beyond that limitation.

For Diamond Foundry, the achievement is part of a broader effort to turn single-crystal diamond from a scarce material measured in gemstones into a tech-industrial semiconductor substrate manufactured at scale.

The implications are particularly significant as computing systems encounter increasingly severe thermal constraints. Modern AI processors concentrate enormous amounts of power into microscopic regions of silicon. Diamond’s exceptional thermal conductivity can spread that heat at the material level, creating new possibilities for chip architectures, power densities, reliability, and cooling.

Twenty-Five Years of Perseverance

The D200mm achievement has roots extending well beyond Diamond Foundry itself.

For 25 years, Gsell and Fischer pursued the underlying scientific and engineering challenge of growing high-quality single-crystal diamond of scalable size. Their work ultimately became part of a much larger effort involving hundreds of people across Diamond Foundry.

The milestone reflects advances spanning plasma generation, growth chemistry, reactor architecture, crystal engineering, thermal management, metrology, automation, and manufacturing.

“Technology history is often written around the moment something finally works,” Roscheisen said. “But that moment rests on the people who were willing to spend years — sometimes decades — making it work. This diamond exists because hundreds of people contributed, and because a few people refused to give up on the idea for 25 years.”

A New Scale for Diamond

Diamond Foundry views D200mm not as an endpoint, but as the beginning of a new manufacturing era for diamond.

The company is developing single-crystal diamond for semiconductor and advanced-technology applications where diamond’s combination of thermal, mechanical, electrical, and optical properties can enable performance beyond the limits of conventional materials.

The first D200mm crystal is shown as grown and unpolished — directly from the growth process.

For a material that nature forms only under extraordinary conditions deep inside the Earth, the significance is simple:

Single-crystal diamond has entered the wafer-scale era.

About Diamond Foundry Inc.

Diamond Foundry is the #1 producer of single-crystal diamond in the world. Founded in San Francisco, the company created the world’s first diamond wafer and is scaling volume production of chip substrates with a $2.77B EU Chips Act project in Spain.
