Published

on

Circularity Electronics has launched a groundbreaking AI-powered solution that transforms IT asset disposition (ITAD) and e-waste management. This innovative platform uses artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to help businesses recover maximum value from decommissioned electronics while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. By optimizing asset recovery and recycling, Circularity’s technology turns e-waste into a profitable, sustainable process, helping companies minimize environmental impact and maximize ROI. This marks a significant shift in how businesses manage aging tech, turning waste into strategic assets.

DALLAS, Oct. 16, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Circularity Electronics, an innovator in IT asset disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling, has just launched a groundbreaking AI-powered solution that promises to shake up the IT asset recovery industry—and revolutionize how businesses manage their e-waste. As the global conversation around sustainability intensifies, Circularity Electronics is stepping up with an unprecedented technology that blends cutting-edge artificial intelligence, data science, and predictive analytics to extract untapped value from aging IT equipment, all while reducing the environmental toll of electronic waste.

Our AI isn’t just smart—it’s transformative. Companies can now predict the resale value, recover resources that were previously lost, and do it all while staying compliant with even the strictest environmental regulations.

With millions of tons of electronics discarded every year, the e-waste crisis has become one of the world’s fastest-growing environmental challenges. Circularity’s AI technology takes a revolutionary approach to this issue, transforming what was once seen as a costly, compliance-heavy process into a streamlined, profitable endeavor. The platform’s ability to contemplate over 250,000 predictive models for each project ensures businesses not only recover maximum financial value from retired IT assets but also adhere to industry regulations and environmental standards.

In an era when most companies struggle to keep up with the sheer volume of outdated tech equipment, Circularity’s AI brings a new dimension to the ITAD process—unlocking financial potential that’s been buried in unneeded electronic material. For businesses, this is more than just a recycling solution; it’s a strategic asset management tool that turns waste into wealth.

“We’re turning the e-waste paradigm upside down,” says Shawn Grennan, Vice President of Sales at Circularity Electronics. “Our AI isn’t just smart—it’s transformative. Companies can now predict the resale value, recover resources that were previously lost, and do it all while staying compliant with even the strictest environmental regulations. This is a new frontier for IT asset recovery and sustainability, and we’re leading the charge.”

Circularity’s AI technology is a direct response to the growing pressure on businesses to operate more sustainably while also maintaining profitability. Traditional ITAD methods have long been burdened by complex logistics, compliance hurdles, and the ever-increasing need for secure data disposal. Circularity’s AI solution changes the game entirely by integrating predictive analytics, and vast datasets to provide businesses with a data-driven roadmap for their asset recovery processes. This system not only ensures that decommissioned IT assets are processed efficiently and responsibly but also helps businesses maximize their ROI on aging tech.

The development of this pioneering technology has been led by Daniel Lines, Vice President of Operations at Circularity, whose team spent significant time fine-tuning the AI platform to optimize every phase of IT asset recovery. “This is the future of ITAD,” says Lines. “We’ve built an intelligent system that can analyze millions of data points to predict how much value can be recovered from electronics based on classification and category. Whether it’s identifying parts and components that can be harvested and resold or finding ways to recycle materials that would otherwise go to waste, our AI does it with incredible accuracy. It’s more than just innovation—it’s a revolution in how we think about electronic waste.”

Beyond the financial implications, Circularity’s AI platform is a major leap forward in addressing the global e-waste crisis. E-waste now accounts for more than 50 million metric tons annually, much of which ends up in landfills or incinerators, posing serious environmental and public health risks. Circularity’s commitment to sustainability is at the core of its mission, and this AI-powered solution offers businesses an opportunity to not only enhance their bottom line but also drastically reduce their environmental footprint.

Circularity Electronics’ new technology enables businesses to implement a truly circular economy approach to IT asset management—one in which every piece of equipment is assessed, recovered, and given a second life. By minimizing waste and maximizing value, the company is driving a new standard in the ITAD industry that prioritizes both profitability and environmental responsibility.

“What we’re doing here goes far beyond what people expect from traditional ITAD services,” adds Grennan. “We’re providing companies with a competitive advantage. Not only do they recover more value from their retired electronics, but they’re also demonstrating a commitment to sustainability—something that customers, investors, and employees care deeply about in today’s world. This is how businesses can future-proof their operations while being responsible corporate citizens.”

As global enterprises continue to grapple with the growing e-waste problem, Circularity Electronics stands at the forefront of offering a solution that not only addresses immediate concerns but also sets businesses up for long-term success. Their AI-powered platform provides an intelligent, streamlined way to handle everything from secure data disposal to the resale of valuable components, all while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

The launch of Circularity’s AI solution marks a turning point in the ITAD industry and a major leap forward for companies looking to optimize their IT asset management and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Putting Young Innovators Center Stage: Leaders In Future Tech+ Wraps with ¥526 Million in Investment Intentions and 31 Enterprise Landings

Published

NANJING, China, Nov. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — On November 7, the grand finale of Leaders In Future Tech+ — a documentary sci-tech innovation program jointly produced by China Media Group, the Ministry of Education, and the Nanjing Municipal People’s Government — aired as the Youth Innovation Carnival.

Since its October 3 premiere, the program traveled to 10 cities across China, selecting 100 teams of young innovators with an average age of just 28 from nearly 500 applicants. Fifteen finalists advanced to the finale, presenting breakthroughs spanning AI chips, optical interconnect, biomedicine, smart agriculture, and more.

To date, the program has facilitated ¥526 million in investment intentions covering 34 participating enterprises, and helped 31 companies reach landing agreements with 11 districts and counties of Nanjing.

At the carnival, the “Leaders In Future Tech+ Little Giant Transformation Plan” was launched, with 13 enterprises selected in the first batch to receive a five-module service system guiding them toward specialized, high-end development.

Behind these numbers is a media-driven innovation model: closed-door investment meetings were turned into open, transparent dialogues, connecting young innovators directly with venture capital firms, academicians, industry experts, and local governments — with the focus not on short-term commercial maturity, but on long-term growth potential.

The finale also showed how technology serves everyday life: non-invasive brain-computer interface demonstrations, low-cost bone-repair materials, and ultra-low-cost fresh-keeping cards that reduce agricultural loss — each a footnote to innovation with human warmth.

With Season One concluded, Season Two recruitment is now open to innovation teams nationwide via China Media Group’s official channels and the Yangshipin app (CMG Mobile). As the program’s message goes: put young innovators at center stage — and hand the future to innovation.

Operators, technology leaders, policymakers and innovators gather in Doha today for three days of exhibition, collaboration and debate on the future of connectivity across the Middle East and North Africa

DOHA, Qatar, Nov. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — MWC26 Doha, held in partnership with Qatar’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), opened today at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), bringing together connectivity ecosystem to shape the next phase of growth for a mobile economy forecast to add $470 billion to the Middle East and North Africa by 2030.

MWC26 Doha officially opened today, in presence of His Excellency Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan bin Ali Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs. His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, State of Qatar delivered a welcome address.

In his opening remarks, H.E. Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, said: “The second edition of MWC Doha takes place at a time when the requirements of telecommunications infrastructure are undergoing fundamental change. As artificial intelligence advances towards executing tasks through intelligent agents, the need for more resilient networks and advanced computing capabilities continues to grow. At the same time, global challenges underscore the importance of diversifying connectivity routes and ensuring service continuity.”

GSMA Director General Vivek Badrinath and ITU Secretary-General Doreen Bogdan-Martin took to the stage for a fireside chat. Mr Badrinath set out the key priorities shaping the region’s connected future, with a continued commitment to global standards keeping networks and services interoperable across markets, as well as a renewed push to extend connectivity to populations that remain offline in MENA.

Vivek Badrinath, Director General, GSMA, said: “Progress only counts if everyone shares in it. That means two things: global standards that keep networks, services and devices working across borders, and a concerted effort to connect the people who are still offline. Over the next three days, MWC Doha, alongside its co-location with ITU’s PP-26, will bring together the policy makers, innovators and industry leaders setting these standards and building these networks, to help make this vision a reality. As the ITU Plenipotentiary continues, we are confident that the enhanced dialog which our co-location has allowed will feed into the important conversations taking place.”
