MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Eyesafe, a global leader in blue light management, is proud to introduce Eyesafe® Eyewear, a collection of premium blue light glasses designed to reduce eye strain and improve sleep. Developed with medical experts, Eyesafe Eyewear offers advanced blue light filtration in stylish, high-quality frames—bringing a new level of innovation to everyday eyewear.

Eyesafe Eyewear: Advanced blue light protection for eyes and sleep, developed with doctors and validated by research.

As screen time now averages more than 11 hours per day,¹ blue light exposure has become a growing concern among doctors, employers, and individuals. Many experience symptoms such as digital eye strain, headaches, and disrupted sleep cycles due to prolonged screen use.²

“As an eye doctor, I’m seeing more patients experiencing eye strain due to long hours on their devices,” said Paul Karpecki, OD, Director of Cornea and External Disease at Kentucky Eye Institute and member of the Eyesafe Vision Health Advisory Board. “Eyesafe Eyewear delivers a high level of blue light filtration without compromising visual clarity—making it a great solution for those looking to support their eye health and wellbeing.”

A New Standard for Blue Light Glasses

Eyesafe Eyewear represents a breakthrough in blue light protection, addressing the limitations of traditional blue light glasses. Many options on the market use yellow-tinted lenses that significantly alter color perception, while others claim to filter blue light but provide little real protection. Eyesafe Eyewear maintains true-to-life screen colors while offering superior protection.

Eyesafe Eyewear is Designed for Protection without Compromise

Eyesafe RPF40 Protection – 2X the blue light filtration compared to a leading branded lens coating.3BluTech Lens Technology – Advanced filtering that reduces blue light while preserving screen color and clarity.Developed with Doctors: Designed in collaboration with leading ophthalmologists and optometrists to ensure superior eye comfort.Validated Performance – Clinical studies show BluTech lens technology in Eyesafe Eyewear can boost melatonin by 96%, helping maintain healthy circadian rhythms.4

“At Eyesafe, we’ve spent years pioneering blue light solutions for the world’s leading consumer electronics brands,” said Justin Barrett, CEO & Co-Founder of Eyesafe. “With Eyesafe Eyewear, we’re bringing that same level of innovation directly to consumers in a new area—redefining what people can expect from blue light protection eyewear.”

Availability

Eyesafe Eyewear is available in both non-prescription and readers with a range of +0.50 to +2.50 in half-diopter steps. These lightweight, stylish frames come in two frame styles and three colors: matte black, matte tortoise, and gloss crystal.

Introducing Eyesafe® Eyewear Requirements

In addition to launching Eyesafe Eyewear, Eyesafe is introducing a set of industry-first requirements designed to redefine the blue light eyewear category.

RPF (Radiance Protection Factor) Scale – A new standardized measure of blue light filtration effectiveness, modeled after SPF for sunscreen. The RPF level identifies how much blue light is filtered at peak 435-440 nanometers, providing transparency for consumers.Color Impact– The maximum color shift and luminance reduction allowed by RPF level to ensure visual clarity and accuracy, so users can enjoy their devices while wearing blue light eyewear without significant color distortion.

By introducing the RPF Scale and color performance requirements, Eyesafe is setting a new benchmark for blue light eyewear, helping consumers make informed purchase decisions about quality and effectiveness.

Set long-term outlook for FY30 of $225 billion+ in total revenue, representing more than 35% CAGR from FY26, non-GAAP operating margin of 40%+ and non-GAAP EPS $21+.Defined timeline to positive free cash flow during the second half of FY28 and set free cash flow target of $30 billion+ for FY29.Committed to limiting additional capital raises through FY30 to $20 billion, excluding refinancing of existing debt, split between $10 billion in equity and $10 billion in gross debt.Confirmed that growth will be self-funded beginning in FY29 and net debt to adjusted EBITDA will be below 3.5 times in FY29.1

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) today hosted an Investor Day in Las Vegas, NV. At the event co-CEO Clay Magouryk, co-CEO Mike Sicilia and CFO Hilary Maxson presented and responded to questions about the company’s strategy and updated medium-term financial guidance.

At its Investor Day, Oracle described how its unique portfolio positioning across cloud infrastructure, database and applications is expected to drive total revenue growth of more than 35% CAGR from FY26 through FY30, reaching total revenue of $225 billion or more in FY30. It also outlined its expectations for strong profitability and free cash flow generation from each of its three business models. Following a period of peak capex in FY27-FY28, capital expenditures are expected to step-down in FY29, supporting positive free cash flow of at least $30 billion in FY29.

Oracle committed to limiting additional funding to be raised in the capital markets for its FY27-FY30 investment cycle to $20 billion, currently expected to be $10 billion in equity and $10 billion in gross debt. This incremental funding requirement excludes refinancing of existing debt. This is in addition to the $20 billion at-the-market equity raise completed in the first quarter of fiscal 2027. Vendor financing, customer-provided hardware and customer prepayments are expected to reduce upfront cash requirements through the transition to positive free cash flow.

Oracle reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 outlook for total revenue of at least $90 billion and non-GAAP earnings per share of $8.10. The company’s capital allocation priorities remain maintaining investment-grade credit ratings, paying a dividend and funding growth opportunities.

The Investor Day presentations and webcast replay will be available on the Oracle Investor Day website.

1. Net debt includes borrowings, vendor financing, and operating and finance lease liabilities, less cash and marketable securities. Adjusted EBITDA is based on Oracle’s reported non-GAAP results, with depreciation and operating lease expense added back.
