Financial highlights – solid financial performance

Reported sales were SEK 52.7 (56.1) b. Organic* sales grew in three out of four market areas.Adjusted[1] gross income was SEK 25.5 (27.0) b., with solid operational execution partly offset by currency headwinds. Reported gross income was SEK 24.1 (26.6) b.Adjusted[1] gross margin was 48.4% (48.0%). Networks and Cloud Software and Services adjusted gross margin increased. Reported gross margin was 45.8% (47.5%).Adjusted[1] EBITA was SEK 6.9 (7.4) b. with a 13.1% (13.2%) margin, benefiting from continued strong margin expansion in Cloud Software and Services. Comment from Börje Ekholm, President and CEO: “Our Q2 results underscore the strength of our portfolio and disciplined execution. Adjusted gross margin was 48%, up by 2 percentage points after normalizing for the one-off benefit of the IPR settlement last year.

In Q2, we took action to mitigate component cost inflation. As the impact builds in the coming quarters, we will continue to pursue internal measures and pricing actions to help offset the effect. We also expect some pressure on Networks adjusted gross margin in Q3 due to higher volumes of network rollout projects.

Ericsson enters the next phase from a position of strength. Over recent years, we have strengthened our portfolio to capture the next wave of AI-driven connectivity. Building on our technology leadership in mobile networks, we have expanded into attractive growth areas, positioning Ericsson to capitalize as AI increasingly moves into the physical world.”

Boston Students Explore Engineering and Innovation at Hands-On STEM Expo

Society of Women Engineers event introduced young people to science, technology and potential careers in engineering

BOSTON, Nov. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — For young people curious about how things work, Boston’s Seaport District became a place of discovery Saturday as students explored the possibilities of engineering through interactive demonstrations, hands-on activities and conversations with professionals from around the world.

The SWENext Innovation Expo, hosted by the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), brought science, technology, engineering and mathematics out of the classroom and into the Westin Boston Seaport District, where students ages 5 to 18 had the opportunity to explore STEM fields in an engaging, accessible environment.

The free, half-day event was part of WE26, the Society of Women Engineers’ annual international conference, held November 5–7 in Boston.

The Expo was designed to introduce younger students to engineering through hands-on demonstrations and activities while providing teenagers with opportunities to explore educational pathways and potential careers in STEM.

For elementary school students, the focus was on experimentation, problem-solving and discovery. Interactive activities encouraged children to explore engineering concepts while demonstrating how science and technology influence everyday life.

Older students had opportunities to connect with professional engineers, SWE members and representatives of collegiate engineering programs. Those conversations introduced students to engineering degree programs, scholarships, tutoring resources and career possibilities they might not otherwise have considered.

The event also offered parents, teachers and other STEM advocates information about educational resources, classroom activities and programs designed to help young people continue exploring science and engineering beyond the Expo.

Although the Society of Women Engineers has long focused on advancing women in engineering and technology, the Innovation Expo welcomed students of all genders, reflecting the organization’s broader commitment to expanding access to STEM education.

The event highlighted the importance of introducing students to engineering at an early age, before they begin making decisions about college majors and career paths. By connecting young people with working engineers and college students, the Expo was designed to make engineering more approachable and demonstrate the variety of opportunities available in technical fields.

The Boston event also provided an opportunity for engineering professionals attending WE26 to engage directly with the local community and share their experiences with students who may represent the next generation of innovators.

For the Society of Women Engineers, the Expo was an extension of its mission to inspire and support future engineers while expanding awareness of the profession.

And for the young people who participated, the event offered an introduction to a field where curiosity, creativity and problem-solving can lead to discoveries that shape the future.

What to Look for in an Online GLP-1 Provider: Meant Outlines Five Questions Worth Asking Before Signing Up

Published

on

By

MANASSAS, Va., Nov. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As more telehealth companies offer GLP-1 care, the options can look alike from the outside, and telling them apart takes more than a glance at a landing page. Meant is sharing five questions consumers can ask when choosing an online GLP-1 provider, along with how it approaches each one.

Five Questions Worth Asking

Who makes the clinical decisions? A trustworthy provider should be clear about which licensed clinicians review each person’s information. At Meant, those decisions are made by licensed providers through its clinical partner, OpenLoop Health. Is there a real evaluation first? Look for a health-history review before anything is prescribed, and for plain language that a prescription is never guaranteed. Meant’s online assessment covers health history, current medications, and goals. Can the company’s credentials be checked? Independent certifications are one signal consumers can verify for themselves. Meant displays the seal for its LegitScript certification on its website. Is it clear who fills prescriptions? Providers should be open about the pharmacies they work with and whether those pharmacies are licensed in the United States. Is ongoing support spelled out, limits included? Good providers explain what follow-up looks like and who handles which questions. Meant pairs care with an optional Care Coach, and medical questions go to the care team.

A certification is a transparency signal, not a government approval or a promise about results, and no checklist replaces a conversation with a licensed clinician. Meant does not diagnose or prescribe, and treatment is not guaranteed for every applicant.

Take a Closer Look

Consumers who want to see how the assessment, clinical oversight, and coaching fit together can visit Meant‘s website and compare the details against the questions above.

About Meant

The platform combines an online clinical assessment, licensed oversight through OpenLoop Health, Care Coach support, and supplemental wellness resources.
