Toku Secures New Banking Sector Win in Malaysia

Second project with an established Malaysian banking group reinforces the Group’s momentum in regulated industries

SINGAPORE, Aug. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Toku Ltd. (“Toku”, “投酷有限公司” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a Singapore-incorporated AI-powered customer experience (CX) platform, is pleased to announce that the Group has secured a new five-year engagement with a leading banking group in Malaysia (the “Bank”).

Secured in August 2026, this is the Group’s second project with the Bank and deepens its presence in Malaysia’s banking sector. It underlines the growing demand the Group continues to see from enterprises in regulated industries, where compliance, security and locally hosted infrastructure are increasingly important considerations. The identity of the Bank and the financial terms of the engagement are not disclosed for reasons of client confidentiality.

Thomas Laboulle, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Toku, commented: “Enterprises in regulated industries choose partners they can trust, and a repeat mandate is the strongest form of that trust. It reflects the pattern behind our growth: clients who start with a single engagement and expand from there. We said at our half-year results that the first half of 2026 was about investment and the second half about conversion. This win is an early sign of exactly that.”

The contract adds to the commercial momentum reported at the Group’s 1H2026 results, where the order book grew 25% since the Offer Document to approximately US$29.3 million at 30 June 2026 and the number of Tier 1 customers (accounts generating annual revenue above US$500,000) more than doubled. It is consistent with management’s expectation of year-on-year organic revenue growth in 2H2026 exceeding the 13.0% recorded in 1H2026.

Further details of the Group’s commercial indicators and outlook are set out in the Company’s unaudited 1H2026 results announcement released on SGXNet on 27 July 2026.

With more than 120 G2 badges, recognition across AI App Builders, Agentic AI and AI Agent Builders reflects OutSystems market leadership in enterprise agentic systems

SINGAPORE, Aug. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — OutSystems, a leading Agentic Systems Platform for the enterprise, announced today that it has earned top honors across three distinct G2 Fall 2026 Grid® Reports, including securing the #1 spot for AI App Builder in the Enterprise category alongside Leader rankings in G2’s Grid® Reports AI Agent Builders and Agentic AI categories. The recognition from G2, the world’s largest and most trusted software marketplace, reflects OutSystems momentum as enterprises look to build, orchestrate, and govern AI-powered applications and agentic systems at scale.

“Standing up an agent is the easy part. Enterprises don’t get value from the AI alone, they get value from the work it’s part of,” said Woodson Martin, CEO of OutSystems. “The real opportunity is a single governed system, where agents, applications, workflows, and people work together rather than in parallel. This recognition reflects what matters most: customers trusting us with the processes they can’t afford to get wrong.”

“G2 insights show up where modern buyers research—from our marketplace to AI-powered search,” said Godard Abel, co-founder and CEO, G2. “A strong ranking in G2 Reports helps products like OutSystems get discovered at the moments that matter most.”

The recognition builds on growing momentum for OutSystems Agentic Systems Platform, which brings together Mentor and Agent Workbench to help enterprises build and manage agentic systems at scale. With nearly 4,000 developers building more than 30,000 agentic systems on the platform, OutSystems was also recently named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, including recognition among the top companies in the AI and Data category.

“The ability to orchestrate an agentic enterprise with OutSystems is transforming our operations,” said Mike Schmitt, CEO at Butler Plus. “We are no longer just using AI for isolated tasks; we are deploying governed agents that handle mission critical processes, while maintaining strict compliance.”

At ASICS, our five letters have meaning. ASICS is an acronym for the Anima Sana In Corpore Sano or a Sound Mind in a Sound Body. And since our founding in 1949, our purpose has been to help people achieve a sound mind in a sound body.

Right from the very start, our founder, Kihachiro Onitsuka, saw that sport and movement had the power to lift spirits, project positivity, and propel people and whole communities forward. We still believe this.

And we believe our purpose is more relevant today than ever before. Stress and anxiety are at record levels, yet we know sport and movement can have a positive impact. Which is why we remain focused on supporting more people to move for positive mental wellbeing.
