Additional Information on the Ehrmann Family Increasing Its Equity Stake in Artprice by Artmarket as Part of Artprice’s “AI-First” Transformation

Published

on

PARIS, Aug. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As announced in Artmarket.com’s Q2 2026 press release published on August 13, 2026, under the title “Artmarket.com: Q2 2026 Growth — From Progressive Transition to Artprice’s ‘AI-FIRST’ Mutation”, Thierry Ehrmann, Founder and CEO of Artmarket.com, and his family reaffirm their complete confidence in the future of Artprice by Artmarket.com—the global leader in Art Market information—and in the sustained growth of its operations. This momentum is driven, in particular, by substantial investments committed to developing Artprice by Artmarket.com’s proprietary vertical AI solutions: “Intuitive Art Market ©” and “Blind Spot ©”.

The conviction of the Ehrmann family and Groupe Serveur, the majority shareholder, in the continued expansion of Artprice by Artmarket will materialize shortly through an increased equity stake in Artmarket.com via the acquisition of additional Artmarket.com shares. All mandatory regulatory disclosures will be filed with the AMF (the French Financial Markets Authority) and published online within legal deadlines, with share purchases executed strictly within authorized trading windows.

These current and upcoming transactions are intended solely to reaffirm their confidence in the future of Artprice by Artmarket.com and to provide full support to Artmarket.com. They are in no way intended to initiate a takeover bid or squeeze-out offer (tender offer / buyout), contrary to persistent misinterpretations across certain forums, nor do they involve any failure by the Ehrmann family to disclose transactions or threshold crossings.

The ONDE extranet (Outil de Notification et de Déclaration Électronique), the AMF’s secure platform dedicated to filing official regulatory declarations (insider transactions, major shareholding threshold crossings, etc.), lists the following current and upcoming filings:

1st filing — No. 2026DD1133787 (published on 08/17/2026)2nd filing — No. 2026DD1134265 (published on 08/20/2026)3rd supplementary filing — No. 2026DD1134267 (published on 08/20/2026)

In alignment with this determination to increase the family’s equity participation in Artmarket.com, Mrs. Nadège Ehrmann, Board Member of Artmarket.com, has acquired additional Artmarket.com shares. Because the aggregate total of her acquisitions exceeded the statutory regulatory threshold, she completed the mandatory disclosures with both the issuer and the AMF in full compliance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

Furthermore, these share purchases follow ordinary market price fluctuations, which in no way alter the Ehrmann family’s commitment to reinforcing its equity position in Artprice by Artmarket.com.

By way of an iterative update, Thierry Ehrmann has completed the manuscript of an 1,800-page philosophical and scientific treatise dedicated to Artificial Intelligence from 1987 to the present day. The central chapters of this work (approximately 450 rigorously documented pages) chronicle the untold human odyssey of Artprice, culminating in the worldwide construction of a universal memory of the Art Market, forged through extraordinary encounters with the pioneers of Art Market sociology and historic market figures who have since passed away.

These historic relationships enabled Artprice to become the trusted custodian of the collective memory of these very figures. Among other insights, the work provides a scientific account of Artprice’s “AI-First” transformation, grounded in a philosophical framework articulated in 2026 under the AI concept of “alignment.”

This multilingual work will be distributed globally in a free digital edition and as a paid print edition in bookstores. The English version will be released in late August 2026 across OpenAI, Gemini, and on Artprice by Artmarket.com, prior to the launch of the French edition in September 2026.

This brief excerpt from the raw typescript illustrates both the literary style and the philosophical premise of the treatise—namely, the role of artificial intelligence in the formation of thought and memory:

“Artprice was not born to wrest secrets from the Art Market. It was born to prevent the public Market from succumbing to amnesia. This distinction is fundamental. It carries a specific conception of freedom. Transparency is not the abolition of privacy; it consists in rendering intelligible that which already belongs to the common sphere.

The more Artprice grew, the more we realized that we had become responsible for something far exceeding the mere economic and industrial function of a database. When you own a few books, you may do with them as you please. When you have gathered hundreds of thousands of unique fragments of the world’s Art Market memory from across multiple continents, legal ownership does not absolve moral responsibility: it transforms you into a custodian of this universal Art Market memory.

To receive without erasing. To connect without standardizing. To measure without diminishing. To render transparent without desecrating. To leverage digital technology without supplanting the human gaze. To build a digital information economy without ever forgetting that behind every data point lies a work of art, and behind every work of art lies a human being.

For nearly thirty years, we lived by these principles without ever feeling the need to enshrine them in a manifesto. Then, artificial intelligence transformed the nature of the challenge. With AI, memory is no longer merely consulted; it becomes an absolute training ground for learning.

A vertical, proprietary AI can now navigate volumes of information that no assembly of art historians or researchers could absorb in a lifetime. Connecting. Correlating. Detecting patterns. Surfacing anomalies. Rebuilding affinities. Identifying blind spots. Generating algorithmic hypotheses. It is a power of extraordinary magnitude. Yet it makes the authenticity and quality of the primary source more vital than ever.

At that exact moment, the thousands of libraries we salvaged across the globe undergo another shift in status. They are no longer simply Artprice’s past; they become the ultimate guarantee of its future. A vertical AI dedicated to the Art Market is meaningful only if anchored in a memory whose genealogy is flawlessly traceable across catalogues, manuscripts, codices, photographs, biographies, auction records, cross-verified sources, human corrections, and decades of rigorous standardization.

The source precedes the model. Always.”

The Apex Institute Explains Why Skilled Engineers Still Fail Technical Interviews

Published

on

By

Plenty of qualified engineers are rejected before anyone questions their skill. The bottleneck is not what they know. It is a process most of them were never trained for.

Skilled engineers fail technical interviews because the interview tests a different skill than the job does. It rewards explaining your thinking out loud, under time pressure, to a stranger with limited context. Most technical training never covers that. The gap is not ability. It is that nobody taught them how the room works.

BOWIE, Md., Aug. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — There is a strange pattern across tech hiring right now. Engineers with real skill and strong backgrounds get rejected again and again, often with no clear reason.

The problem is rarely their ability to do the job. It is their ability to survive the process required to get one.

Tayo Lusi, founder of The Apex Institute cloud engineering program, calls this one of the most misunderstood problems in tech careers. The interview has quietly become a second job requirement layered on top of the actual job.

Why does nobody teach the technical interview as a skill?

Because technical education is built around doing the work, not proving it.

A degree, a certification and a bootcamp all focus on capability. Very little of any of them covers performing under interview conditions, where a stranger evaluates you in a narrow window, under pressure, with incomplete information about what is actually being tested.

That mismatch creates a strange outcome. Someone fully capable of excelling in the role still loses the offer, because nobody taught them how the evaluation itself works.

“Software engineers may be the only career where the interview is harder than the actual job,” Tayo said. “Once someone is hired, they get time, tools and teammates to solve a problem. In the interview they get none of that, and they are still expected to perform like they do.”

Why do skilled engineers struggle in interviews more than you would expect?

It is easy to assume only underqualified candidates struggle. In cloud and infrastructure hiring, that is often not the pattern. Four things trip up strong engineers most often.

They assume the work speaks for itself. They arrive ready to show technical depth and get caught by questions testing communication and composure instead. They think out loud badly. The interviewer is often scoring how you reason through a problem, not whether you land the right answer. They prepare for one question format and meet another. Years of using a tool daily does not mean you have ever explained how it works underneath. They freeze when a question goes somewhere unexpected, and read that moment as proof they are not good enough.

None of those are skill gaps. They are gaps in having ever been asked to explain the skill in that specific way.

Get the free Cloud Project Portfolio Blueprint and build a project you can actually walk someone through out loud.

What does this gap actually cost engineers?

More than most people realize. It is a largely invisible reason capable people stay stuck in lower paying roles for years.

Applying constantly, getting occasional interviews, walking away without offers. No useful feedback about what went wrong, so the same mistake repeats.Concluding the market is bad, or that another certification is the answer.Years of compounding lost income while the underlying issue goes untouched.

Often none of that is the real issue. Nobody taught them to translate what they know into the format an interview is designed to reward. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects strong continued demand across computer and information technology occupations, which means the roles are there. Reaching them is a separate problem.

How do you train the interview as its own subject?

By treating it as a subject, not an afterthought. That is what a large part of the training at The Apex Institute is built around, alongside cloud engineering, DevOps and AI infrastructure.

Walking through your own work out loud, start to finish, without notes.Explaining what a project changed for the business, not only how it was built.Staying composed when a question goes somewhere you did not prepare for.Naming a number and holding it once the offer conversation starts, which the free Tech Salary Negotiation Scripts cover line by line.

“We treat interview skill as its own subject,” Tayo said. “You can be excellent at the job and still lose the interview if nobody taught you how that room works. That is fixable. It just has to actually be taught, not assumed.”

Students in the program have reported more than $11 million in combined job offers across 41 people. Individual results vary and are not typical.

Why does this matter more in 2026 than it used to?

Because the window keeps shrinking. As demand grows for cloud and AI infrastructure talent, companies run more interviews, faster, with less time on any single candidate.

In a slower hiring market, a candidate might get several chances to recover from a rough interview. In a faster one, there is often only one. That makes communication and composure under interview conditions more expensive to ignore than it has ever been.

What should you do if this sounds like you?

Stop adding credentials to fix a problem credentials do not touch. If you are getting interviews and not getting offers, more certifications will not change the outcome, because the rejection is not happening on technical grounds.

Start with one project you can explain end to end, in plain language, including what it was worth to the business. Then practice saying it out loud to another person, not in your head. The free Cloud Engineering Career Path Roadmap lays out what to build and in what order, and the free Cloud Engineering Salary Benchmark helps you work out the number you are walking in to defend.

Is this only a problem in the United States?

No, and that is part of why the mission goes further than one country. Real skill going unrewarded because nobody taught someone to present it under pressure is a global waste. Long term plans include nonprofit initiatives in developing countries teaching foundational cloud skills and interview readiness together, rather than treating them as separate subjects.

World’s First Autonomous Humanoid Tennis Match: GALBOT Robots Complete 100+ Consecutive Rallies

From AlphaGo to AstraTennis: Humanoid Robots Bring AI Into the Physical World

BEIJING, Aug. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — A new milestone in artificial intelligence and robotics was achieved as Galbot humanoid robots competed against human athletes in the world’s first live autonomous humanoid robot tennis match, broadcast globally during the opening ceremony of the Second World Humanoid Robot Games.

During the match, Galbot robots achieved 100+ consecutive autonomous rallies, setting a new world record for humanoid robot tennis and demonstrating a new level of real-time physical intelligence.

The landmark event showcased humanoid robots competing autonomously in a real sports environment — perceiving the game, making decisions, moving across the court, and interacting with human players in real time.

In 2016, AlphaGo’s victory over world champion Go player Lee Sedol marked a defining moment in AI history, demonstrating that machines could challenge humans in complex strategic games.

A decade later, AI is entering a new arena: the physical world.

The AstraTennis moment represents this next frontier — where AI is no longer limited to digital environments, but can perceive, act, and compete in real-world scenarios.

During the live match, Galbot humanoid robots faced human athletes, autonomously tracking high-speed tennis balls, positioning themselves on court, and executing a wide range of tennis skills, including serves, forehands, backhands, returns, baseline rallies, net play, and difficult recovery shots.

In doubles competition, Galbot robots partnered with human tennis champions in real time, adapting their movements and strategies based on the changing dynamics of the game. Even after losing balance during high-speed exchanges, the robots were able to immediately recover and continue competing.

Unlike traditional robotic demonstrations focused on individual skills, autonomous tennis requires a humanoid robot to participate in a complete game — tracking a fast-moving ball, deciding how to respond, coordinating its entire body, and adapting to an opponent in real time.

Beyond looking human, the more important breakthrough is that Galbot robots understood the game itself:

They were not simply executing predefined movements. They adjusted their positioning, selected different shots, adapted their strategies, collaborated with human teammates, and continuously responded to the changing dynamics of the match.

This was not a scripted demonstration. It was a live human-robot competition where humanoid robots independently perceived, decided, and acted in a complex real-world environment.

Ten years ago, AlphaGo stepped onto the Go board and showed that AI could challenge humans in the digital world.

Today, AstraTennis steps onto the court and demonstrates AI’s ability to enter the physical world — perceiving, reasoning, moving, and competing in real time.

From the chessboard to the tennis court, AI is expanding beyond virtual intelligence into the physical world.

This is the AstraTennis moment.
