Servion and Knowmax Partner to ground Agentic CX in Governed Knowledge: 1st Joint Customer Win in Europe

Strategic partnership pairs Servion’s CX transformation practice with Knowmax’s AI knowledge platform. Joint go-to-market across North America and EMEA.

PRINCETON, N.J., Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Servion Global Solutions, a global systems integrator with more than 30 years of CX transformation experience, and Knowmax, an AI Knowledge Platform used by more than 50 enterprise clients across 20 countries, today announced a strategic partnership to modernize the knowledge layer CX AI depends on.

Enterprises are deploying bots and agentic assistants across contact centers and self-service faster than they are preparing the knowledge those systems run on. Policies still sit in intranets, PDFs and the memories of tenured agents. When the knowledge isn’t there, the AI fills the gap with its best guess. In regulated industries, that guess can become a compliance violation.

The partnership covers all three layers of the AI-enabled contact center. Knowmax gives human agents AI search, powers self-service, and grounds voice and digital AI agents in structured, versioned content, with no-code Flows as guardrails. Servion designs the target experience, integrates the knowledge layer with existing platforms and runs it as a managed service through its JourneyWorCX™ framework. Knowmax is available on the Genesys AppFoundry and Cisco AppHub and can be deployed in the cloud or on premises.

The agentic layer is where the gap shows. An AI agent that cannot find an approved answer, guesses or transfers. Grounded in Knowmax, voice agents work from the same procedures as the human front line and hand off with full context when automation reaches its limit.

The first joint deployment is with a global IT service management organization headquartered in Europe, which selected both companies to modernize how its service teams and agentic agents find and apply knowledge across channels. Servion led the assessment and is delivering the implementation. Knowmax is providing the knowledge layer to build a single source of truth.

“Both companies bring proven results. Servion has completed more than 600 enterprise CX deployments. For one of its enterprise clients, Knowmax standardized knowledge across 1,300+ frontline employees, contact center, retail and field operations, where average handle time fell by 27 percent, first-call resolution rose from 80 to 88 percent and CSAT improved by 15 percent.”

“Every enterprise we talk to wants an agentic AI solution, and most hit the same wall – the knowledge underneath isn’t ready,” said Bruce Eidsvik, Chief Growth Officer at Servion. “Knowmax gives us a knowledge layer we can stand up quickly, govern properly and deploy on whichever platform the customer has already chosen. That is what makes this partnership strategic rather than transactional: it changes what we can commit to on day one of a transformation program.”

“The market is spending heavily on AI agents and almost nothing on what those agents know, which is why so many pilots stall,” said Yatharth Jain, Co-Founder and CEO of Knowmax. “Knowledge is the control layer, for AI and for the people working alongside it. The same governed answer that lets an agent resolve a call in seconds is what keeps a voice bot from creating a compliance problem. With Servion’s three decades of contact center expertise, we can take governed knowledge into regulated environments globally.”

Both companies will exhibit at Genesys Xperience 2026 (Sept. 1–3, Las Vegas) and Cisco WebexOne 2026 (Oct. 5–8, Austin). To book a meeting, visit servion.com or knowmax.ai.

About Servion

Servion is a US-headquartered global systems integrator with over three decades of expertise in customer experience (CX) transformation. With over 700 employees and 600 enterprise deployments worldwide, we support brands like Costco, Rogers, Roche, Farmers, and Citibank in delivering exceptional service solutions. Its JourneyWorCX™ framework amplifies human connection through intelligent technology, creating customer journeys that drive growth. Servion makes journeys that work.

About Knowmax

Knowmax is an AI knowledge platform for CX teams. It exists because most enterprises know more than their systems can act on: policies, procedures and hard-won frontline experience sit scattered across intranets, PDFs and the memory of tenured agents, and every human agent or AI system built on top inherits that fragmentation. Knowmax turns that scattered knowledge into a single governed layer that agents, self-service and AI systems can trust and act on consistently. More than 50 enterprise clients across 20 countries rely on Knowmax, which has guided over 500 million customer interactions across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Parksy.com Free Driver Tools In One App: Fine Appeals, Sign Scanning, Car Finding and Crash Reports

Published

A fine under the wiper, a sign you cannot decode, a car you cannot find, a crash to document — Parksy built a free tool for each and skipped the invoice.

SYDNEY, Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Parksy (parksy.com) has gathered its free driver tools into a single hub, and the collection reads like a list of the four worst moments of car ownership. A fine under the wiper. A sign you cannot decode. A car you cannot find. A crunch in a car park. The parking marketplace now offers a free tool for each, most of them usable without so much as an email address.

The AI-powered appeal calculator handles the fine. A driver describes what happened, and the tool identifies which grounds of appeal are worth arguing and helps draft the letter — while being candid when a ticket was fairly issued and not worth fighting. The sign scanner handles the pole of stacked restrictions: photograph it, and the tool answers whether you can park there and until when. The find-my-parked-car tool remembers what the multi-storey made you forget. And the car accident report walks a shaken driver through documenting a collision at the scene — photos, details, witnesses, a GPS-stamped location — then produces a PDF an insurer can use, working even without phone signal.

Founder Daniel Battaglia says the bundle is the strategy, not a loss leader that wandered off. “Every one of these tools exists because drivers kept hitting the same four walls. Other companies looked at those walls and saw four subscription products. We think the fastest way to be the platform drivers trust with parking is to be useful on the worst day they have with a car, and to not send an invoice afterwards.”

The tools sit alongside Parksy’s marketplace, where finding parking and listing a space are also free, with no commission taken from anyone. The company’s position is consistent to the point of stubbornness: across 57 countries, the platform does not charge for introductions, information or emergencies.

All four tools are available now at https://www.parksy.com/blog/free-driver-tools, with the wider platform website and apps (both IOS and Android).

“People assume there is a catch, and the catch is that there is no catch,” Battaglia said. “The tools are free because they should not cost anything. It is parking, not wizardry.”

About Parksy

Parksy (parksy.com) is a free, commission-free parking marketplace operating across 57 countries. Drivers use Parksy to find and book parking, appeal unfair fines with a free AI-powered calculator, scan confusing signage, locate a parked car, and report accidents — all at no cost and with no signup required for most tools. Space owners list and rent out driveways, garages and unused spots for free, with no commission and no lease paperwork. Parksy was founded in 2011 by Daniel Battaglia and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.

Jukebox Expands Free Background Remover With 25MB Uploads, Free Image Upscaling and New Creative Effects

Latest update adds larger uploads, built-in image upscaling, new filters, layered outlines and paper cutout effects.

VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 29, 2026 /CNW/ — Jukebox Print has released a major update to its free online remove background tool, increasing the maximum upload size from 20MB to 25MB per image and adding built-in image upscaling along with a new collection of creative effects. The tool supports JPG, PNG and WebP files, allows up to 50 images to be uploaded at once, and remains free to use with no registration required.

The biggest addition is image upscaling directly inside the download workflow. Once a background has been removed and the image is finished, users can upscale the final image before downloading it, without moving the file into another application. Jukebox has also expanded its creative tools with new filters, layered outlines, custom strokes, gradient outlines, wavy and jagged edges, fades and paper cutout effects. Multiple outline layers can be stacked, reordered and adjusted individually for colour, thickness and style, giving users much more control over the finished cutout.

The update continues Jukebox’s move beyond basic background removal into a more complete creative image tool. Users can add text, mask images into shapes, apply shadows, use stock photography, upload their own backgrounds or create new backgrounds with AI. Finished cutouts can also be sent directly into the Jukebox Sticker Maker to continue designing and prepare artwork for custom sticker printing. With larger 25MB uploads, image upscaling and the expanded Effects 3.0 controls, this is the most powerful version of Jukebox’s background remover released to date.
